Natrol Sleep and Restore Capsules

Natrol Sleep and Restore Capsules

One thing, I am suffering with is Insomnia. With all of the other health issues and complications I have, insomnia is one of the things that came to play. I have tried everything from sleeping pills to melatonin to help me get some sleep and it was like my body was fighting it off. Nothing I did was working until I stumbled upon these Nartrol sleep and restore capsules.

These capsules took about two days to officially get in my system to work but after that they made me feel relaxed while trying to sleep. These are very helpful and gives me the magnesium that I need to get through my days.

You are suppose to take these 30 minutes before trying to sleep and I recommend doing this but do it while you are in bed.

I say this because with me, if I do it before bed and I am up moving around its like my body is not going to rest because it is doing stuff or in motion and I found out if I take it before bed while in bed it gives me no choice but to rest and not fight it off.

These capsules also taste like grape in which helps me because with all of the other medications I take or have to take they end up giving me a bad taste and sometimes I end up choking on them but these do not do that.

When I wake up from taking these, I feel well rested and restored. I do not have a groggy feeling and I often times wake up early morning with them with no issues at all. These make me feel like I have a natural rest instead of the rest normal melatonin gives me.

I highly recommend these! Get yours here!

Follow for follow - Sub for Sub

One thing I can tell you is do not fall for the follow for follow scam. It does not work. People will end up in unfollowing you and then you are stuck still sitting at the same number your trying to grow from.

This ends up growing your following list and subscribing list instead of your followers.

Trust me trying to grow yourself sucks especially when you are doing it organically but you are wanting fans, you are wanting viewers and chatters along with returning people. You do not want an empty viewer seat, no chats or anything like that.

Doing this does not boost your watch hours, or give you the views that you are wanting. You want someone that is going to actually engage with your content not just another number. You want to actually find people that supports  you and is for you and doing sub for sub or follow for follow will not do that.

You are going to have to network and get your content out there. Not all the content you make is going to make it. Not all your content is going to get views or  gain traction but if you don't try then you will never know another thing is if you don't make content then you never will make it.

It is going to take time but the key here is not to give up.

Youtube also goes in and deletes subs just a heads up.

What If Death Is Just… a Mirror of Life?

What if, when a person dies, they don’t cross over into some distant, glowing afterlife—but instead wake up in a place that looks exactly like the world they just left?

Same streets. Same houses. Same sky.

No one tells them they’ve died. No bright light. No angels. Just the same world, untouched, where time keeps moving but something feels... off.

It’s a strange thought, but it keeps coming back to me.

👻 Spirits in Limbo: Why Are They Still Here?

If you’ve ever heard about haunted places, you’ll know this: a lot of them are said to be filled with spirits who don’t know they’ve passed on. They stay behind, repeating the same routines. Some are confused, some are waiting. But waiting for what?

That’s the part that doesn’t make sense to me.

If the soul is something beyond our body—if it’s conscious, aware, and intelligent—then why would it be trapped in limbo like a lost tourist with no map?

Why would it not know it’s dead?

Maybe it’s because this "other side" looks too much like here. Maybe the afterlife isn’t clouds and harps—it’s your neighborhood, your old room, your favorite coffee shop—but seen through a new lens.

🔁 The Idea of Reincarnation

Then again, what if most people don’t get stuck at all?

Another theory I think about a lot is reincarnation—the belief that we come back. Not once, but many times. A cycle of souls learning, growing, and returning to Earth in different forms.

Some say we choose our next life based on unfinished lessons. Others believe we’re pulled back by karma, or by desire, or by something bigger we can’t explain.

It’s a comforting idea in some ways. A second (or hundredth) chance. But even that has its mysteries—why do some remember past lives, while others don’t?

And again… what about the spirits who seem to hang around instead of moving on?

🌓 Could Both Be True?

What if death isn’t just one path—but many?

Some might wake in that mirror world, unsure of what’s real. Some might be pulled back into the cycle of rebirth. And some might reach a place of peace beyond anything we can imagine—something we just don’t have words for.

I don’t have answers. But I have questions. And maybe that’s what we’re supposed to do—ask.

Because in the end, it’s not about having the perfect belief. It’s about wondering what lies beyond, and being open to the idea that death might not be an end—but just another version of what we’ve already known.

Another thing is what if we are the ones dead and they are the ones alive?

About me

A little about me, I am a college dropout due to not having $7000 to finish my courses.

I did complete medical coding and billing certificate though but I was trying to go back and finish my BS: medical administration degree and I only have 6 courses left but due to funding I could not complete it.

I am a mother of three and one has autism the other one we suspect has ADHD and a touch of autism but unsure yet.

I have gastro diseases such as chronic Gerd, and suspected of having microscopic colitis, diverticulitis and a few others that we are trying to diagnose. It could be missed diagnosed somewhere down the line.  The symptoms were nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and pain on the lower left abdomen for about 3 years. It has now blossomed into something so much more that causes me pain every time I eat along with making me nauseated. I also suffer with PCOS and now throbbing pains in my legs when I am trying to rest which leads to insomnia.

I go in and out of remission and a lot of days are harder than most. I pretty much don't have any kind of medication for it except for bentyl and Zofran. I am bouncing around from doctor to doctor trying to get treatment and relief due to being told there's nothing they can do.

I am a blogger and affiliate marketer. I also wrote a book called The Hallow Veil in which the second book The Curse of Blackmere is in the works of being wrote and is planned ok coming out between August and September not sure yet which.

The Hallow Veil: Summary

I wrote this book. In the middle of the night due to having insomnia due to having medical issues that does not allow me to sleep. This book kept me busy and brainstorming.

This book is available on Amazon as eBook or Paperback! The book is also on Lulu in hardcover form. By reading or sharing this book, you're not only diving into an eerie and unforgettable narrative — you're helping me access vital medical treatments and support.

Every purchase makes a difference! This book is also great for the fall season that is coming! The second book is also in the making and I am aiming to release it around August- September!

Book two starts where book one ends!

Summary: In a world where memory blurs and transformation is inevitable, The Hallow Veil unravels the story of souls caught between what was and what could be. Through eerie landscapes steeped in folklore and haunted symbolism, a grieving protagonist confronts the emotional residue of loss, identity, and longing. Scarred mirrors, lingering fog, and spectral echoes weave together a chilling mythology that explores not just the supernatural—but the depths of the human psyche.

Crafted during sleepless nights and born from real-life adversity, this poetic horror tale blends emotional realism with gothic unease, inviting readers to lose themselves in a narrative that is as personal as it is haunting.

PCOS: No warned us

No one tells you how bad PCOS really is and can get. No one tells you how it doesn't matter what you eat you will be bloated and gain weight out of no where.

No one even talks about how your hair will thin and fall out and your nails may become brittle. No one tells you how your hormones are going to be thrown off, your periods will be off days, weeks, months and even years. You can end up with acne and oily skin.

No one tells you about the unwanted body hair, facial hair and all the things you end up going through. The pain, the insomnia, the mood swings along with craving sugar and wanting sugar all the time.

No one also talks about just because your reproductive hormones are out of whack it is going to make everything in your body out of whack and it is going to end up putting you down.

PCOS takes a mental toll on you and can make you have anxiety, and depression and a lot of other things and it is totally okay if you have this.

Here are somethings that can help you balance, I used half of these and they worked great!

Primrose

Peach perfect inositol multivitamins

Myo and D-Chiro inositol

Progesto life hormone balance cream

Fenugreek

If you are having trouble falling asleep I recommend magnesium, it helps way better then any kind of sleeping pills or melatonin. Neither of the two do anything for me and end up staying up all night. If they did something it would make me feel gorgy and drained out.

I have trouble taking capsles now so I have to find things that I stick in my water.

5 Simple Self-Care Routines That Actually Help Me Feel Better Every

Hey everyone!

I don’t know about you, but life gets crazy sometimes, and I forget to take care of me. Lately, I’ve been trying to make self-care a real thing in my life — not just some idea I read about online. So here are five simple things I do every day that honestly help boost my mood and make me feel a little more balanced. Maybe they’ll help you too!

1. Take a Minute in the Morning to Just Breathe

I try to spend at least five minutes in the morning just sitting quietly — no phone, no distractions. Sometimes I do some deep breaths, sometimes I just sip my coffee slowly. It helps me start the day on a calmer note instead of jumping straight into chaos.

2. Drink More Water (I’m Still Working on This)

Hydration is something I’ve always struggled with, but I’m trying to drink more water throughout the day. It really does make a difference for my skin and energy. I even add lemon sometimes to make it more interesting!

3. Skincare That Feels Like a Little Treat

I don’t do anything fancy, but I’ve found taking a few extra seconds to really massage in my moisturizer feels kind of like a mini self-care moment. It makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself, even if it’s small.

4. Move My Body — Even Just a Little

I’m not about crazy workouts, but dancing around my room for 10 minutes or doing some stretches helps me shake off stress and feel better. Movement doesn’t have to be hard or long to work.

5. Put the Phone Down Before Bed

I try to put my phone away at least 30 minutes before I sleep. Instead, I read or listen to music to wind down. It’s helped me sleep better and wake up feeling more rested.

Self-care doesn’t have to be perfect or take a lot of time. These little things have helped me, and maybe they’ll help you too. Thanks for stopping by!
