Self love, Self worth and Self care bundle

When we stop prioritizing our own well-being, we subconsciously send a message to ourselves that we aren’t worth the effort. This is how we end up losing our sense of worth or settling for less than we deserve in our relationships, our careers, and our daily lives. We become "dimmed down" versions of ourselves.

Self love is not about being perfect, it's about being honest with yourself and deciding that you are worth the work it takes to heal. We often wait for someone else to give us the love we desire and need but the most transformative love is the kind we give back to ourselves.

The self love kit is a self love kit designed to help you accept yourself more deeply than ever before. Whether you are struggling with self-doubt or simply want to celebrate your journey, these tools help you understand your true worth.

Reclaiming Your Space: By lighting a candle dedicated solely to your own growth, you are telling the universe that your peace is non-negotiable.

Healing the Inner Critic: The botanical blend of Rose and Jasmine works to soften the heart, helping you move from a place of "settling" to a place of "receiving."

A Daily Commitment: Using the spray or oil acts as a "sensory anchor." Every time you smell those floral notes, it’s a reminder to stand tall in your worth and refuse to accept anything less than what nourishes your soul.

How to Use This Bundle

  1. Cleanse: Use the soap in a warm bath, visualizing any insecurities leaving your body.

  2. Light: Ignite the candle and focus on the flame. Affirm to yourself: "I am worthy of love and happiness."

  3. Set: Apply the oil or spray to keep that intention active all day long.

If you are needing a psalm: Psalm 139:14, 1Corinthains 13:13, 1 John 4:18

5 Simple Self-Care Routines That Actually Help Me Feel Better Every

Hey everyone!

I don’t know about you, but life gets crazy sometimes, and I forget to take care of me. Lately, I’ve been trying to make self-care a real thing in my life — not just some idea I read about online. So here are five simple things I do every day that honestly help boost my mood and make me feel a little more balanced. Maybe they’ll help you too!

1. Take a Minute in the Morning to Just Breathe

I try to spend at least five minutes in the morning just sitting quietly — no phone, no distractions. Sometimes I do some deep breaths, sometimes I just sip my coffee slowly. It helps me start the day on a calmer note instead of jumping straight into chaos.

2. Drink More Water (I’m Still Working on This)

Hydration is something I’ve always struggled with, but I’m trying to drink more water throughout the day. It really does make a difference for my skin and energy. I even add lemon sometimes to make it more interesting!

3. Skincare That Feels Like a Little Treat

I don’t do anything fancy, but I’ve found taking a few extra seconds to really massage in my moisturizer feels kind of like a mini self-care moment. It makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself, even if it’s small.

4. Move My Body — Even Just a Little

I’m not about crazy workouts, but dancing around my room for 10 minutes or doing some stretches helps me shake off stress and feel better. Movement doesn’t have to be hard or long to work.

5. Put the Phone Down Before Bed

I try to put my phone away at least 30 minutes before I sleep. Instead, I read or listen to music to wind down. It’s helped me sleep better and wake up feeling more rested.

Self-care doesn’t have to be perfect or take a lot of time. These little things have helped me, and maybe they’ll help you too. Thanks for stopping by!
