Sensitive skin and soaps

Having sensitive skin suck a lot. Having this kind of skin sometimes makes it hard to choose different products to use because a lot of the things that they are made of causes itches and skin irritations and a lot of other things.

Trust me, I know. I cannot really use Dove products because they break me out in hives and makes me scratch and scratch until I end up having to re-shower and use a different kind of soaps.

Lets not start about the itching of the armpits when using their deodorant in which don’t get me wrong, I use to use it all the time but now it just got to the point I cannot handle it. I also know they do have oatmeal products also in which I kind of like but I do not use them all the time.

I got tired of feeling like, I could not use anything to wash with and I decide to go with things that are made of Oat Milk in which the ST Ives soaps are amazing and I have no issues with them. They make my skin feel amazing and soft and smooth and I have not had any itching issues or skin irritations.

Another brand I have been using is Native. Native is an organic company that makes body washes, soaps, lotions and just over

all helps the skin and never caused an issue for me either.

Another brand that I use is by Shugar Soap works which is their oatmeal and coconut in which I love this company because their soaps are also a good one for those that are allergic to other soaps. It also does not have the bad chemicals in it and makes your body feel soft and smooth.

Occasionally I do use the soft soap wash and I have no problem with that either.

I also use soaps like Irish springs or dial soap or just pretty much any soaps that does not have deodorants in them because that is what itches me along with certain ingrednants such as Shea butter.

I heard that you can also use goat milk soap and it is pretty much better for you also unlike the dove and other products that has bad chemical in them.

Health Insurance

 I have a lot of opinions on a lot of subjects but todays opinion and thoughts are about insurance. Insurance depending on what kind you have is a gimmick.

 Yes, it does cover and pay for things but it sometimes does not pay and cover things. It is good to have yes but until you need certain things then it becomes a hassle. 

Doctors often times have to fill out a lot of red tape paper work to get things going and often times the insurance company does not even bother with it and the person needing the treatment and help does not get it.

They tell the doctors to do testing, and exams and then they will pay for the things they need and even sometimes once all the testing and exams are done, they still do not pay what they need to and then doctors have to go around and try to find ways to help the patient get what they need or ways to help them. 

I know a lot of people are suffering right now needing supplies and certain medical treatments and medications to continue their lives normally and to get the help they are needing but because of their insurance they cannot get it without paying out of pocket for it and not a lot of people can afford that. 

I also know people who are currently going without their medications because they cannot afford it due to their insurance will not pay for it and they live on low and fixed income. 

The insurance rates are going up and up but what more are they actually doing to help the people pay for it and get the things that they need. 

I know a lot of people that do not have insurance also because well the state took their Medicaid away for no reason at all and now they are suffering with their sicknesses and other health problems that they are going through. 

There are a lot of things wrong with the healthcare industry. If we had universal healthcare, that would allow a lot of people to get the help that they need without having to worry about paying for the care. They would be able to use the money for other things. 

This would also help because a lot of people already cannot pay for their bills and they end up in collections in which it still does not get paid even though insurance is suppose to help pay for it, they often times do not. 

It is like they get to pick and choose what to pay for in which it ends up making the policyholder have to pay for most of it and often times the policyholder cannot pay in which is why a lot of people get insurance so that they don't have to pay all of it but in the end they may have to.

Here we go again...

The depression feeling is starting to comeback after so many years I pulled myself out of it. I feel let down.

 For months I asked for help around the house to do the things I cannot and am not supposed to do such as lift drywall, move the house around and other things but no.

 I was told I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it and if never got done.

 You quit your job stating oh I'm going to help before your other job comes in which they changed your start date to a later day. I'm going to do it and it's never done. 

For your wife to ask you multiple times to help get it fixed or do it and you repeatedly let me down but then when I bring it up I get nothing but excuses is exhausting. I am tired of having to ask repeatedly and expecting it to be done. 

Years and I do mean years since our anniversary is literally the 29th of March I had high hopes and expectation of but just as always they are let down and it sucks. My concerns mean nothing to you and they don't even bother you. 

I just get hit with the it's okay and the it'll be fine but no it's not fine and I'm tired of the one sided. I'm tired of your lies and empty promises. I'm tired of this "love" thing but yet don't even bother doing anything you say your going to do until it is relevant to you or something is going to happen. I'm sick of it. Its like I don't even matter only what you can get and so you don't be alone. 

You really do the bare minimum and that is it. We barely go anywhere. We haven't been on vacation since we got married. We haven't done anything you promised. I am just so tired of worrying and stressing while you're over there doing your own thing acting like my concerns don't bother you. Marriage isn't supposed to be nor feel like this. I  feel this way everyday or night. I should definitely not have the burden feeling I get that makes me feel hopeless in our marriage because my concerns and you lie to me. 

And another thing, I'm sick of the reassurance. I'm tired of reassuring you. It's like you know your not good enough and I have to always reassure you and I'm tired of it. It's the always you can replace me this that the other but yet you won't do anything I asked nor even bother and then when I get tired of it and end up leaving I'm the bad guy and get yelled at because you won't do anything to even change. Narcissist at its finest.

Colleges

To me, it feel like schools no longer have the best interest in the students. I feel like schools are only there for the money they make per student intake and that is it. Don't get me wrong, some of the people that work there are for the students but others they just do not care and are only there for a check. 

To me, it is worth getting a higher education but be mindful of where you go and also keep in mind school is not for everyone. You end up spending so much money and going into debt to learn pretty much the same things you can learn online within a few weeks.

 They also will put you in classes that are not even needed for the course and this will end up making you waste money in my opinion.  They will con you in like it is a work at your own pace but it is not when you have classes after classes, deadline after deadline. 

You can supposedly work with your schedule but when you are the head of household, working, making sure the kids have what they need, making sure you are doing all you can to help attempt to better you and your position and then you get hit with assignments due here and here and they have to be done on time and cannot be late. If you have an emergency, you cannot just drop everything and go, you have to contact the school, and the teachers in hopes they understand and will work with you on your deadlines and turning in assignments without missing points or failing. 

If you happen to withdraw from the school, some schools will charge you for it and send it to creditors in which you think dropping out is going to save you from having to pay, it doesn't. I have been hit with multiple different bills from two colleges just because the college was not for me and I wanted to move to a different one that has the actual programs I wanted even though I was told it was not going to effect me and I was not going to have to pay out of pocket for withdrawing, that is not true at all. 

A lot of people with degrees who have worked hard for them, often times they do not even get into their trade and career. A lot of them do not work their dreams and have not met their goals. A lot of them had to go get retail jobs, restaurant jobs and any other job that would hire them because their dream job either was not hiring or was not worth it or they could not even get into it for one reason or another. 

They spent and are spending all of the money trying to get themselves into a better position and their dream job to help change the world. They studied hard to get that degree just to get a slap in the face. 

College is not for everyone and apparently you do not need a degree because the degree is not going to help you as much as you think it will.

Worrisome 2025 Benefit cutting

 I normally do not post this kind of stuff over here but because my mind is racing and I am kind of worried not just for my family but others also. 

This will impact me and not only me but everyone a great amount. This is going to impact a lot of families. 

My husband is on Medicaid because he is technically disabled but he works. He only has one kidney and suffers with RA and that makes him swell and his joints hard to move. 

SS will not give him his benefits because of their long rule of thumb and all the other documents that they are needing and the long wait times. 

Don't worry they don't give half the people benefits and they need it. A lot of people have to go through lawyers and attorneys to get their benefits because it takes years to get it started for them to even bother looking at it and then you can get approved or denied and a lot of people get denied even though they really need it. A lot of people do not get enough on SS to actually survive through this economy. They barely get enough to get by. 

My kids, husband and I are on Medicaid. I will be on Medicaid until my youngest kid turns 21. That is just the rule of the state that I live in. I am not complaining because of I am on Medicaid. I am complaining because I am worried. We are a low income family just like all the others that are on Medicaid. This is one of our ways that we can afford seeing doctors without having to worry. This is one of the ways we can afford our medications without us having to go without them. This is really worrisome not only to me but to everyone that is on it and needs it just like those that have medicare. A lot of people are going to get seriously ill and they could end up passing away because they cannot get the treatment that they are needing. 

We are on food stamps. I am not complaining because of this. Everyone has to eat and in this economy, it makes it a lot harder because the minimum wage does not match the inflation and the prices of food. A lot of people are going to feel this collapse. A lot of people are going to suffer because of careless acts. A lot of people are going to get sick, and not have the funds they need to cover it. This is how 2025 is going. A lot of people are in fear, a lot of people are going to be affected by this and they do not care.

 They only want to give the money to their buddies for billionaire tax cuts and fill their pockets from the hard earned money that we put in and gave. 

A lot of people getting laid off and fired from their jobs. Their jobs that they ran for many years to make sure that everyone is stable and could actually try to survive in this world. A lot of people that are qualified that actually want to help the people just for them to get fired and everyone else suffers because of it.  It is only the 3rd month in 2025. 

If you look at other countries, they are so much better, so much advanced. They actually want to help their people everyone can afford things they need and want and they do not have to sacrifice things like we do. 

The American dream is long gone and the American way is also. They try to make America look so much better than other countries when other countries are so much better than America.

Leave the world behind: Movie review

 Leave the world behind is such an eventful movie. A few of the things that happened in the movie could happen now and it is important to note the events and be prepared for just in cause scenarios because with the world going on right now we do not know what to expect. This movie was a weird movie to be honest. This movie is not even complete. 

You do not know what is going to happen at the end because it is cut off like there is a second part but it is just a cliff hanger. This movie to me was good at the beginning but once it kept going it was just a mess. The beginning also did not tell you anything that was going on. Everything just happened so it made it a little difficult to understand. 

It is an apocalyptic style movie with multiple series of events. In which throughout the movie you learn that it is better to be over prepared for this rather than not prepare at all because you never know what you are going to need besides an underground bunker, food, supplies, first aid kit, and medications.

First it was a cyber attack that then made transportation crash everywhere such as planes, and ships and cars. The radio and communications did not work due to something taking out the satellites along with taking out the power grid and causing power failure. There was also a loud window cracking screech that was echoing through the sky that could cause all kinds of issues such as a person becoming deaf, dumb and paralyzed in which it drove the deer and made the animals go crazy and then the little girl goes missing and the mother doesn't even bother going to search for her at the end. It just moves cameras to the little girl and then it cuts off leaving us hanging like what is this. 

What was the purpose? This movie was good and then it went everywhere. I wish at the beginning it would have explained and given a little insight instead of the ship just boarding the seashore and then everyone running. I would have also loved it if it did not end the way it did.
