Results are in but not helping

The doctor that done my colonoscopy, endoscopy and biopsy has called. They don't know what is going on, nor why I am in pain.

He is saying it can be a number of things from IBS to crohns but wants me to start a round of two different antibiotics and report back to my doctor in two weeks.

He also is saying it's not normal and they may want to repeat the colonoscopy and endoscopy and biopsy as if I am not going through enough with the pain and diarrhea.

I called the office multiple times only to be told I could crush the antibiotics from one office to I can't crush it and I have to suffer with it and keep choking on it and I have to keep choking on it and this that the other, could never get in touch with my actual doctor or anyone but nurses.

I'm honestly just want answers instead of feeling like I am dying and suffering in pain everyday.

I switched doctors and had my first visit with her 5-17-23. She basically is doing all the testing they would not. She took my poop sample, and blood work and checking for inflammation and then if there is some, she will start treatment if not they will be working on other testing which will include another colonoscopy.

Celiac disease

Celiac disease is a serious autoimmune disorder that affects millions of people worldwide. It's often overlooked or misunderstood, but the impact it can have on a person's quality of life is significant. In this article, we'll explore what celiac disease is, how it can affect your physical and mental health, and some of the lesser-known symptoms and difficulties that come with living with it.

What is Celiac Disease?

Celiac disease is a chronic autoimmune disorder that affects the small intestine. It occurs when the body's immune system reacts to gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. When people with celiac disease consume gluten, their immune systems react by attacking and damaging the small intestine. Over time, this can lead to damage of the villi in the small intestine, which are responsible for absorbing nutrients. Without healthy villi, people with celiac disease may not be able to absorb essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and certain proteins.

Physical Symptoms of Celiac Disease

Stomach pain, bloating, and gas after eating gluten

Chronic anemia due to iron and other nutrient deficiencies

Chronic fatigue

Malabsorption and weight loss or failure to gain weight

Stunted growth in children

Irritability, anxiety, and depression

Bone and joint pain

Dermatitis herpetiformis, a skin rash that can be very itchy

It's important to note that not all people with celiac disease experience the same symptoms, and some may not experience any at all.

Mental Health Impact

Living with celiac disease can take a toll on a person's mental health. Many people with celiac disease report feeling isolated, frustrated, and overwhelmed by the demands of managing their diet and lifestyle changes. They may struggle with feelings of embarrassment, shame, or guilt when they need to ask for accommodations, and they may worry about the impact of their diet on family, friends, and social events. On top of that, celiac disease can also be a financial burden, as gluten-free foods and medical care can be expensive.

Managing Celiac Disease

Managing celiac disease requires a significant lifestyle adjustment that involves strictly following a gluten-free diet. This means that a person with celiac disease must avoid all foods, beverages, and medications that contain gluten. They must also be careful about cross-contamination, as even tiny amounts of gluten can cause a reaction.

Living with celiac disease can be challenging, especially in social situations. Eating out at restaurants, attending events, and even grocery shopping can be particularly difficult. People with celiac disease must read food labels carefully and stick to a strict gluten-free diet to avoid getting sick. This can be a significant challenge, especially when eating out or attending social events where gluten-free options may not be available.

It's important to note that there is no cure for celiac disease. The only effective treatment is a strict gluten-free diet, which can be challenging to maintain, especially in today's gluten-centric food environment. However, with proper management and support, people with celiac disease can live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Key Takeaways

Celiac disease is a serious autoimmune disorder that can severely impact a person's quality of life. It's important to be aware of the symptoms, including physical and mental health impacts, and be proactive about managing the disease. Living with celiac disease requires lifestyle adjustments, including following a strict gluten-free diet and monitoring cross-contamination. With proper management, people with celiac disease can lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Feeling lost in life (Not sure what suppose to do)

It's common to feel unsure about what you want to do with your life, and it's okay to take some time to figure it out. Here are some steps you can take to gain clarity:

Self-reflection: Spend some time thinking about your interests, strengths, values, and passions. What activities do you enjoy? What do you excel at? What is important to you? What motivates you?

Explore: Look into different career paths, hobbies, and volunteer opportunities that align with your interests and values. This can help you discover new passions and give you a better sense of what you enjoy doing.

Experiment: Try out different things to gain practical experience and test your interests. You could take courses, internships, shadowing or even take a gap year to travel and explore.

Talk to others: Seek advice and guidance from people you respect and trust, such as family, friends, mentors or career counselors. They may have insights or perspectives that can help you better understand yourself and your options.

Remember that finding your path is a journey, not a destination. It's okay to make mistakes or change directions along the way. What's important is that you stay curious, open-minded, and willing to take action towards your goals.

The feeling of never being good enough

Feeling like you're not good enough is a common experience that many people go through at some point in their lives. Here are some things that may help you cope with this feeling:

Recognize that it's normal: Remember that feeling like you're not good enough is a common human experience. You're not alone in this.

Challenge negative self-talk: Notice when you're engaging in negative self-talk and try to challenge those thoughts with more positive and realistic ones. For example, instead of thinking "I'm not good enough," try thinking "I'm doing the best I can."

Set realistic expectations: Set goals that are challenging but achievable. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps so that you can see progress over time.

Focus on your strengths: Identify your strengths and focus on them. This can help you build confidence and feel more positive about yourself.

Seek support: Talk to someone you trust, such as a friend, family member, or mental health professional. Sometimes, just talking about your feelings can help you feel better.

Remember, feeling like you're not good enough doesn't mean that you're not capable or deserving of success. With patience, persistence, and self-compassion, you can overcome these feelings and achieve your goals.

April 15, 2023

I awoke at three am this morning. I went to bed at 12. I had a nightmare but I also woke up wanting cereal. I had my bowl of cereal and now I am in pain.

I am nauseous and just feeling yucky. I had to start my colonoscopy prep with one cap of murlax a day until next Wednesday when I have to take a whole bottle on top of the 4 tablets of duclex.

I hope they figure out what is going on with me because I'm tired of being tired all the time and I just want to be able to do things without hurting or worrying all the time. You guys may not know this but I am stressing.

I am stressing about a lot of things and since affiliate marketing is not working out for me and my blog with adsense isn't really making anything I have been stressing.

I'm so tired and I know stressing isn't good especially with everything going on but I am still worried since I do have a family and we do not know exactly what is going on with me and what I have.

It could be crohns it could be cancer we don't and won't know until they go in and complete the biopsy, endoscopy and colonoscopy.

Homemade Frappe

Homemade frapee is better than the ones you buy at Mcdonalds because the Mcdonalds ones does not contain coffee but the homemade ones does.

I highly suggest the Caramel Macchiato powder and add your coffee to it and then add your caramel syrup. You basically blend the caramel macchiato, and coffee together.

You add caramel syrup and blend it together then add your ice to it. I personally love it this way and it is so much better and healthier than McDonalds since all they add to theirs is syrup.
