No Affordable housing crisis in the USA

 There is no longer such a thing as affordable housing for low income families. 

A lot of families are looking for a place to call home because either their leases are running out, they are getting evicted because their landlord wants to remodel and up the prices or just like us because our landlord decided he wants to sell the home and get his money back because he bought a group of trailers and our home thinking it is going to give him the income he needs but yet it just put him in the hole, no fault of his own really because the original owner did not tell him everything he needed to know nor did he mention about the damages and repairs each place is needing and now he just wanted to sell it and now it is the situation we are in. 

Everyone is ending up in the same boat. A lot of places require background checks, credit checks, 3x the income and it is like how can people with no credit history even get a home?

 Houses are no longer $400-$900 dollars, it is now $1000-$3000 dollars depending where you are and some places don't even have minimum wage to pay the employees. Everyone only sees what they can get, they do not care about the people they only want the $ even if that means tearing a family apart, making life even harder than it is trying to be stable, and find a home that they can afford all while juggling kids, life and work. 

Not to mention there are a lot of scams going around claiming they own the house or a house and try to rent it to you and take your money and then leaving you in a bind because they don't own the house and they just made money off of you and now you are stuck without you're hard earned cash to use for another place.

This is 2023, we are still giving money to other countries instead of helping our own. They complained about people being homeless and destroying their tents but what do they think is going to happen now there is nothing affordable?

When people ask for help, they get looked over and talked about. A lot of people calling others a scam for trying to raise money to help them get a home or what they need and then people question "If we help you, how are the bills going to get paid or continued to be paid?" People are working but sometimes their income is just not enough to just up and allow them to move. 

We have bills we still have to pay and jobs we still have to work to make money for the family so there's not a lot of extra money left over and sometimes down payments can range up to $1000-$3000 on top of first month and last month rent due at the same time of trying to move in and that is if the credit is good. Sometimes if the credit isn't good they will raise the price and it turns into even worse.

Affiliate marketing is not the best!

 Let me honest, affiliate marketing does not make anything. You have to actually really push yourself out there to get people to buy things and look at your stuff. Sometimes you will feel like it is going no where and you are at the wits of your ends trying to make ends meet

. Affiliate marketing is basically free advertisement without being paid.

 People can look at your stuff and decide to go to the website and buy it without using your links meaning you make nothing for it. Trust me, I have been an affiliate marketer for 5 years now and now, its like no one is buying, looking nor clicking. 

People will lie to you and tell you it is a quick way to make money it or you can make X amount of income with it. This is not lie but it can be. So do not get your hopes up thinking it is a quick route to make money because it is not. You have to work 10x harder to try to get 5-10% of commission that is sold.

Bloggers don't really make anything trust me, I would know I have three of them and only one has Adsense on it but won't make anything from it and I also have affiliate links in it and that doesn't make anything either.

Affordable housing

 

The home we are renting we are suppose to be buying. We are needing to add two more rooms on it so that it is not as crowded here. Buying a home right out is not easy they are needing your check stubs for the past two years and sometimes you won't have that. 

You are also needing a great credit score even though some said they would take the 580, they do not. It is so much more on you to try to buy a home. Home buy is not affordable. The affordable housing went extent and are so rare that people do not believe them when they tell you the price due to so many scams going around. 

The houses that has all the rooms needed are way to expensive and wants payment that are often time higher than people can afford and it sucks. It is like you are giving an arm and a leg to have a place to call home. 

Affordable housing would be great for people because they would have a place to forever call theirs without having to worry about if the landlord is going to make them move. 

The bank system doesn't even help those who really need it. It will only help the ones who have money. Unless you have $10,000 or more they do not even want to see you. They won't even really take cash, it has to be in your account because they will claim you are doing illegal things if you hand them cash which is not right but as everyone is saying we are going into a cashless society.

If housing was affordable there would not be as many homeless people as there is because no one can afford a house and be sure that we can eat also and pay bills. Things are expensive. Most of the businesses that are trying to force people into office could convert it into housing for those who needs it. Also businesses that closed down could be a perfect place for the homeless to live. It would be like an apartment to them but no one really wants to help them. No one really wants to help anyone. It is a hand up thing that they don't want to help anyone but themselves. 

It is all about greed, who has the most cash.
