 With things going on in the US, I am afraid. I am afraid that my insurance is going to be cut and I cannot get the hysterectomy that I am needing for the pass three years because of tumors that makes things difficult and painful, so that I can live life and go back to working more than just affiliate marketing.  Living in a home that was built in 1975 that an slum lord owned sucks. If you did not know, last year we bought the house we were renting for about 10 years. The original owner was pretty much a slum lord and refused to pretty much take care and fix anything.  He then sold it to a guy who actually tried to fix it and keep it up. The guy then sold it to us and we bought it due to fear and being a low income household with kids and almost homeless that could not find anything affordable and cheaper than were we lived for 10 years. It took a lot to get the rest of the money needed to buy it but we did. Let me just say, the first owner we let him know about a leak and then he got mad and refused to fix it and so the addon to the house has have new drywall because the rain and water over the years has washed it out on one side.  A way to get an affordable house is to wait until the states have a tax sale, call down to your local tax office and see when they have their tax sale and then go and get one of those. You can also find delinquent tax deeds and pay for those and then they should become yours but in the state of SC the delinquent has 6 months to pay you back but often times they do not or cannot.   If you do not like to do it that way, you can always buy some land and get a  tiny house  or a  pop up house  or even a mobile home and go that route. It is best to find land that has water and septic already hooked up or you may have to pay for that but hey, it is cheaper than having to spend $200,000 for a brand new house. I honestly love how simple it is to use Truoba. They also have modern housing plans that are not even that expensive as other plans cost. They even have custom plans and you can pretty much customize everything the way you want which is nice. There are so many different plans and types to choose from such as cozy cottages, to spacious family homes. They even have ones with upstairs and garages. They even allow you to adjust the rooms sizes and how many rooms you will need so you can pick the best house for you at the right price.  This year was an alright year until I got sick with something that is still un-diagnosed but is making me loose weight and be nauseated, have diarrhea, vomiting, and cannot eat and we are dealing with a housing situation because the now owner who bought it in 2020 decided he doesn't get enough monthly income from it and is now in the hole because he wants his $35,000 and wanted to sell it even though we offered to pay him more in rent and now we do not know what he is doing.  This is a mess, he decided he wanted to do this right here at the holidays where everything is supposed to be happy. My kid's birthday is around Christmas and this year, I just don't even know if I can get Christmas for them because of this.  There is no longer such a thing as affordable housing for low income families.  A lot of families are looking for a place to call home because either their leases are running out, they are getting evicted because their landlord wants to remodel and up the prices or just like us because our landlord decided he wants to sell the home and get his money back because he bought a group of trailers and our home thinking it is going to give him the income he needs but yet it just put him in the hole, no fault of his own really because the original owner did not tell him everything he needed to know nor did he mention about the damages and repairs each place is needing and now he just wanted to sell it and now it is the situation we are in.  Everyone is ending up in the same boat. A lot of places require background checks, credit checks, 3x the income and it is like how can people with no credit history even get a home?  Houses are no longer $400-$900 dollars, it is now $100...

  Sometimes, our washers and dryers goes out and we cannot afford a new one due to money being tight or whatever it is the reasoning behind it. Trust me we all have been there at one time or another  One solution we ended up having to do besides going to the laundry mat and washing clothes or having to wash clothes in the tub, we broke down and bought a compact or portable washer and dryer because we could not afford a replacement.  The only down side to it is that well there isn't one except depending on the type of dryer you get, may leave your clothing stiff and you cannot wash much at the same time but you can get ones that can and fit more pounds in it. To fill it, you get a hose for the faucet that you can attach it to fill it and for it to drain, you basically use a hose and stick it in the sink. It basically washes and works just like an actual washer does.  Portable washer here!
