Gout is nothing to play with. Gout can have a person feel like they are dying and cannot move. I watch my husband suffer when he swells up with it and nothing he does helps it. 

If you have enough crystals in your body, they will start to appear and rise through the skin and they are visible. They look like white bumps and can appear on toes and fingers and other places and they can get big and grow.

Gout can form in any joint ranging from toes, knees, elbows, fingers, hands, ankles, ribs, back, shoulder and anywhere else it can creep into. There is little to no help that they can do to help. 

Medications don't even help, it may bring relief but gout can come right back and more aggressive. 

The only thing that they can do to help is Krystexxa but insurance won't even approve it and it is a back and forth thing with them trying to get things started but it takes forever. 

Did you know Tohpi's will also drain once they are popped and they never really heal? They can scab over but if you put the medical honey on it the scab will come off and then you are left with these. It is not good. Wound care was suppose to get him in but that never happened and we have been using wound care wash and cleaning it often. It looks way better then when he was in the hospital because it was purple and black looking but now its not as bad as it was. 

Mind you he has only one kidney and his body cannot filter the uric acid out of his body. He also is in stage 2-3 kidney disease and have rheumatoid arthritis.  He could get disability but due to how much he works and trying to juggle bills and make sure everything is paid, it can take up to 6 months for it to kick in so he is still working. I wish disability was not like that but it is.

Affiliate Marketing problems

 I know I talk about affiliate marketing a lot but after doing it for 10 years that is basically the routine I know that, micro tasking, content creating and a few other things and honestly it gets tiring.

 I have found myself burned out multiple times trying to come up with ways and ideas trying to make sales and it is sometimes not easy. Some days you make a sale and other days you just sit there staring at the reports like what is the point. Trust me, I know the feels day in and day out. 

There are so many people doing the same thing and trying to stay afloat because lets be honest, affiliate marketing is easy as long as you know the audience and do things to grab the attention of viewers such as make little jingles or make it seem like the person needs the items and explain why they need it and what is different about it. 

There are some good things about affiliate marketing like posting your links and forgetting about it and try to get sales or the bad side of things trying to make yourself stand out from millions of others doing the same thing and trying to remember all the sales and what you can do to stand out differently from everyone else. 

Affiliate marketing is not easy and its not going to bring quick cash all the time in which you are going to have to have more than one stream of income. Don't get me wrong, affiliate marketing is nice but trying to get sales and trying to figure out how and where to post it gets frustrating. 

Disability and Lawyers

 Disability in the USA is hard to get because you have to prove that you are disable and a lot of illnesses and conditions still do not make you qualify for disability. You also have to not work for a month and or make $1650 or less to qualify and if you are in a on income household that can totally mess you up and put you behind on a lot of things if you are not careful.

 The disability trail is a lot and thinking you are going to get approved is even worst because at any time they can say you are not approved and you can appeal it and it still be the same thing and then you have to get lawyers to help push it through. Don't get me wrong. 

We found lawyers to help get it pushed through but the jump is kind of scary due to income wise and trying to make sure that the bills are paid up because it can take days, weeks, months and sometimes even years to be approved. 

The Lawyers that we have been going through and getting information for is Impact Disability lawyers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and are walking us through everything that we need to know. If you or a loved one is struggling, I recommend them because they are great.

Ears of doom from viral infection updated

 I have been getting ear infections since I was a kid and here lately they have been getting somewhat worse. 

My ears get hot then feel like they are draining and itching then they ache and ache and then things become muffled. 

Last month we went to the hospital it was middle and swimmers ear infection. They were concerned about it spreading to my brain cause it was hurting the back of my head and they said it was really swollen so they gave the same antibiotics and some ear drops. The pain was gone and then this month it came back a week ago and I was using the ear drops and they gave it helped until it couldn't help no more.

Went to the hospital last night and was told it's scarring in both ears and bulging ear drums. I have been told to go see the ear nose throat doctor because I have some congestion and my sinus on my forehead is swollen and aching and I have runny nose. I have Flonase, antibiotics and Mucinex D to help but nothing for pain. It took forever for me to stop hurting and go to sleep. Fast acting Tylenol is not as fast with this.

I ended up going back to another hospital and they said that I have an Viral infection / virus and that it is going to have to run its course. They also said that this is called eustachian tube dysfunction bilateral and its the tubes in ya ears and sinus cavity become clogged. The only thing I can do is a saline cleanse that goes through the nose and clear out the sinus cavity, salt water gargle, take my Zyrtec, some cold medicine and Tylenol and ibuprofen at the same time and rest until I start feeling better. 

The antibiotics is not really going to help but I see why she gave it to me just incase it does become an infection I would be covered.

Let me be honest, I skipped the antibiotics and I felt like I was ran over by a big truck. I started my antibiotics back and the Mucinex and the Flonase it helped. I have an appointment Monday with the ear nose and throat doctor to figure out what else I can do.

GOUT with one kidney

If you do not know, my husband only has one kidney which puts him around stage 2-3 kidney disease and let me tell you what. Gout is no joke. If you do not know what gout is, it is where your uric acid and crystals cannot escape the body because your body cannot get rid of it and it attacks your joints causing you pain the the point you cannot even more or anything.


Everything hurts and it makes life difficult. It can attack the hands, knees, ankles, toes, fingers, knuckles, elbows, ribs, back, arms, legs, pretty much anywhere it can get into and it will put you down.

With gout, you get these things called Tophi's which are the gout crystals coming to the surface of your skin and
you can see them. They look like white blisters however, they can pop randomly if you knock it onto something and the one thing they are prone to doing is becoming infected and draining.


Gout is nothing to play with. One day you are feeling fine and able to move and walk, the next, you are down in so much pain you cannot handle it begging for relief.

They switched my husband's Allopurinol and it made everything worst. They bumped him up to 300 and his flare ups have been much worst but once he stopped taking them it got a little bit better. He is also on Colchicine everyday because nothing is helping it. He is also on prednisone daily and a few other medications but none of it is really helping.

They are trying to get him approved for Krystexxa through insurance which is an infusion that helps break down and clear out the uric acid but it is a major fight with them and keep getting denied.

This pretty much will give his life back but the thing is with this is that they give you a steroid and allergy medications every treatment to help your body fight it. Not only that it is every two weeks you have to go through it.

We have learned that fish and seafood is not your friend along with a lot of other foods. Tart of Cherry can help with it also and that black walnut can help it also. Be sure to keep things like Nerve which is a roll on tincture oh an supposedly anything with cayenne pepper tincture can help also.

Heating pad is your friend so is elevation. Ice can cause a lot more pain and be sure take it easy and rest. Oh and things that support you such as a a bed rail that can help you sit up, some kind of urinal because getting up to go to the bathroom is sometimes difficult some kind of wide toed shoe, and a shoe that is easy to get on and off.

Be sure to stay hydrated because uric acid leaves through peeing so body armors and water and green tea is good for this.

You also may need help so be sure to reach out when you need it and make sure you have a good support system.

I'm always have to be the runner to help because he can't do it and he needs to eat and he needs his urinal cleaned. His flare ups last a few days to a week or two and then he is good for a while and then he is back down about a month or 2 later.

Flare ups are nothing to play with and they can put a person down for days at a time.

Also let me say, disability is hard to get but he qualifies for it but he is still working trying to make ends meet since bills never stops because it takes up to 3 months for him to start receiving.

Black Box Movie Prime video

I was trying to watch this but ended up watching the Black Box movie about aliens and the planes. 

However this movie is about a man who got into a car accident and he has amnesia and he cannot remember who he is and forgets a lot of things and so he ends up going to doctors to try to get help.

 His daughter is also having to remind him of everything because he forgets and his wife died in the accident and his life is in shambles however he ends up using a machine called black box and they help him to relive memories and moments. 

It is a hypnotizing machine and once he enters the safe room he cannot go out of the room or she can't bring him back. From there he is given a watch to go through his memories and let me tell you they are all kinds of messed up and horrid and not really what happened. This series is a horror and psychological one so we never know what is going to happen next when he goes into the black box. 

This series is worth the watch.

Nolan was pronounced brain dead and then someone else came in and took over his body however we believe that Nolan wants his body back and is what is trying to take him out and why he can't remember because in every dream, there is someone or something that is discombobulated trying to choke him and knock him out and or unconscious.  It was because the doctor put her son somehow into Nolan's body and mind by downloading his data and putting the conscience in Nolan body. He has been dead for 2 years and Nolan has been brain dead  6 month prior after the accident and so she used Nolan.

Black Box| Flight 298 Movie 2026

 Black Box is a horror movie about how people are on a plane and some kind of outbreak happens. It starts with a severe thunderstorm that is not your normal storm. It has lights flashing in the sky and only certain people can see it. 

When they see it, they start bleeding and things happen including death, electronic malfunction and engulfing the plane in which is leads to aliens taking over the plane.

 The alien then takes over all that is living and the people become it even the dead ones. They then end up landing and everyone is infected when they get off the plane after they mimic real humans. 

This movie is a good one if you are into horror sci-fi type movies. I hope there is a part two because it pretty much ended with guy getting arrested and trying to explain to the military what happened. I watched this black box thinking it was the series so be mindful. This is the movie.
