Kevita Sparkling Probiotic Lemonade

 Let me just start off by saying I love this drink. This drink is great for gut health and the digestive tract. 

Kevita is owned by Pepsi.  

If you are like me and suffer with gut health and illness this basically helps with it because it has live probiotics in it to help fight off things. 

The sparkling water and the lemonade is a perfect match and just tastes amazing to me. You can sometimes taste the stinging of the sparkling water but the lemonade just smoothly covers it. 

Unfortunately, I am saddened because the Walmart that I go to no longer carries it at the moment and I am having to go store to store to find it but due to living in a rural area and Walmart being 45 minutes away along with other stores it is a challenge since most of them are out also.

2023

 This year was an alright year until I got sick with something that is still un-diagnosed but is making me loose weight and be nauseated, have diarrhea, vomiting, and cannot eat and we are dealing with a housing situation because the now owner who bought it in 2020 decided he doesn't get enough monthly income from it and is now in the hole because he wants his $35,000 and wanted to sell it even though we offered to pay him more in rent and now we do not know what he is doing. 

This is a mess, he decided he wanted to do this right here at the holidays where everything is supposed to be happy. My kid's birthday is around Christmas and this year, I just don't even know if I can get Christmas for them because of this. Because I don't know what is going to happen nor if we're going to have a place to call home.

 Every year, we always done something big for Christmas and Birthdays and this year I just don't see myself doing it because I am trying to save every dollar I have to be sure we can get another place to live. Renting around here is not cheap, there is nothing really for low income families and now places are doing credit checks in which if your credit is no good you cannot rent from them or they charge you more and it sucks because of that on top of they want you to have 3x the income and a few other things like charging the rent payment in a deposit and of course there are so many scams you never know what is real anymore. 

This place we have been home for 7 years and we are trying our best to keep it together in front of the kids but it is getting harder now because of all of this. I wish I could just get 35,000 so I do not have to worry about a roof over our heads and we could just celebrate the holidays without worry. 

January 27th 2024

 

January 27th, 2024 will be my 27th birthday. This is a major milestone for me. I am really lucky to be alive due to a wreck my mother had with me while I was in the womb. 

I survived so many things in life including this sickness that I have that is still diagnosed.  I am blessed with 3 wonderful kids, a wonderful husband and a loving family. 

I am proud of how far I came and how much I grew. I hope 27 is as good to me as 26 was.

Who is for you? Who is against you?

 You can tell who is for you and who is against you. You can tell the motives of a person and how they are. Read the energy level from the person. 

Look at their motives. Who is for you, who is against you.

 When you have good news and you tell them do they squish and roll up their face because it isn't happening to you or are they happy for you? 

Are they a downer and always complaining and never getting anywhere? 

Do you tell them your plans and they doubt you saying you will never make it?

Watch those who you tell your plans to because not everyone is for you. Some people will only want to hear ideas so either they can steal them or doubt you or talk you out of it. 

These kinds of people will not allow you to grow and you need to get rid of them or you will end up missing out on your chance because of jealousy or they don't want you to go. 

Replant yourself into a bigger pot, water yourself and snip off the dead root and stems and grow.

Remove yourself from the negativity. 

 You can do it. If it fails, then try again sometimes it will take more than once to get it right. 

Gift Giving

 

I've come to the painful realization that I've never truly treated myself to anything meaningful. All the generosity I extended was directed outwardly—video games, a laptop, and various gifts for friends. Strangely, neither the laptop nor the games I bestowed upon someone else ever saw any use.

I'm left wondering what it's like to receive a gift simply because someone was thinking of me, rather than as reciprocation for the things I gave. As I reflect, I question the authenticity of those friendships. It seems they were more about what they could gain from me, as now, the once-frequent contact has dwindled, and they don't bother to check in on me.

With Christmas and my birthday looming, the silence amplifies. I brace myself for the absence of any thoughtful gesture, realizing that perhaps those connections were never genuine. It's a stark reality to accept, and the loneliness feels palpable as I confront the likelihood that my generosity was merely a means for others to exploit.
