It Amazes me : The new me

It amazes me at how a person believes they can do or say anything about you and when had enough, you decide to cut all contact and delete them and then when they try to come back, they expect you to still be there and they can still treat you all kinds of ways. 

See the old me would allow them to come back thinking that they did not mean to do it. The old me would allow them to continue to walk on me like a door mat but the new me does not allow it. I know my worth and my importance. I do not need anyone in my life that will cause me to question myself.

Especially if you throw off on me and talk about me and then block my numbers and expect me to be there and accept your friend request on Xbox when you deleted me because I asked you a question which is better S or X. 

It is funny how in todays world, you expect people to be there when you are bored and lonely and want people to play with you because "You do not like to play with randoms." but you tend to talk all kinds of bad things and make it seem like you're all big and bad when you are just a random dude that tries to be cool in his 40's and do nothing but drink, smoke weed and barely pay your child support because you are to busy balling and trying to trap people with your daughter because you are trying to find her a mom. 

The old me would go back trying to help this situation but it is hard to help someone who is still trying to live in their teenage years and two decades ago. 

The new me is telling me this is not my battle and you cannot help everyone especially someone who is just going to mooch off of you and pretty much take everything you have just because they have nothing for themselves but yet want you to feel bad. 

The new me has been through the riddles and tricks for far to long and has decided even though they knocked on that door, to not answer it. I learned not to answer all doors that are knocked on because I refuse to go down that old road or path.

 I refuse to allow old access and or connections that are just going to belittle me and talk about me and be jealous. The old me would feel bad but the new me is pushing it off and not opening up so easily. If they were meant to be in my life, first off they would not do what they did and secondly, the would still be here. 

I am finally healing and moving on past the things that use to hurt me or keep me. I am moving past trying to help people that want to use you because they have nothing better to do. 

Cinnamon Twists: Taco Bell How to make

 

If you are trying to make the Cinnamon Twists from like Taco bell. Do not use normal noodles that you go buy from any store. The noodle that you need is a wheat noodle called Duros. 

You pretty much take these, put some cooking oil in a pot, wait until the oil gets hot then put the Duros in and then once they start puffing up you take them out and repeat the cycle.

 You then take your Duros and toss them into cinnamon sugar and then let them cool off. Now you have to take the Twist noodles.

 I personally prefer mine with Valentina hot sauce since my childhood best friend was Hispanic, she taught me this. 

There are different shapes and sizes of Duros so get the ones you like. I personally like the Pinwheel ones

Calorie tracking: My net diary app

 Along with my sugar free diet, I decided to start calorie counting and tracking to see how much I eat in a day and boy let me tell you. Some of the foods that looks like there's barely any calories in them there is a lot not only of calories but fats and sugar and some of them you would never know it. The calorie tracker I use is My Net Diary and it pretty much calculates a lot of things from weight, what I am eating, what is inside of what I eat. 

There is even an AI that detects what your food is when you take a photo of it. If it has a barcode you can scan it in and see if it is there and if it is not, you can log it by hand or take a photo of it and it will update it for you. There is a lot in this app and it is useful. It also tracks water intake, your steps and if you exercise which is a good all in one app. 

There is a premium that gives you a lot more things such as recipes and meals, daily feedback and advice and a few other things in which sounds great but I do not have the money so I only use the free side and had no issue.

Something else I pair this app with is my smart watch because it allows me to gather certain things like my heart rate, my exercise and how many calories I have lost just from walking or whatever it is that I am doing. This app goes hand in hand with it and is very useful and you can even log what your watch says into the MyNetDiary app and it is just a life saver. Since the watch connects to your phone also.

Sugar Free diet

After years of being sugar dependent and wanting to switch up my diet but my mindset would not allow me to. It was hard. I struggled with the mindset that I am going to switch up my diet, I am going to stop drinking sodas and I felt like I was lying to myself, in which I was.

 I kept saying I am going to get off of sugary sodas and I was going to do this and I was going to do that but in the long run I was not until recently. When I first wanted to do this, it was like I could not. It was like my body wanted it, craved it and I depended on it but now, it has totally changed and now I want nothing but sugar free.

 I have stopped drinking sugary drinks and have switched to Sugar free sodas and boy I can tell the difference. I can actually tell the difference especially if I take a sip of non sugar free drinks. Now the non sugar free drinks taste like syrup. 

I also drink water with water flavor packets and squeeze's  to change the taste since something, I cannot drink water and it makes me throw up. 

I am also working on switching out sugar to Splenda in which, growing up I use to use it also because I was a borderline diabetic and it helped me by taking out the normal sugar content. 

I do not eat cake really and it is rare for me to eat chocolate so I do not have to cut that out but I do have to work on pasta and breads in which I am going to work on eventually. I also love a good salad so I have no issue there. 

I have noticed switching to this diet that I do not say bloated like I was. I also am not having pancreatitis like I was since switching and I wake up in a better mood and feeling everyday. I also noticed that I am not dehydrating as much as I would with sugary sodas and I am not battling kidney stones anymore. 

I also found that I am able to eat more now then when I was drinking sugary sodas.

I also am taking Digestive Enzymes to help break down things since I do have the problem where my digestive tract has issues to the point where my system does not digestive well. My GI told me this would help me in the long run and I take it everyday and it helps me also with any discomfort that I feel and it helps me eat a little more then I normally would.

This diet made me feel a lot better. 

 

Cross: Prime TV

If you are into a detective, cop type show, I highly recommend this. This show is really good and based off a book.

There are a lot of plot twists in it that you would have not seen coming and the ones that you seen coming do not always end up that way. This show will have you on the edge of you seat from the events that happens.

It is a crime thriller, forensic and psychologist type of show. This show also has serial killers and basically Cross has to go through putting pieces of the puzzle together to solve who is the serial killer and who killed his wife. He is also the person who is highly wanted because he is very good at his job.

I would not watch this show around kids due to there are drug usage and other things in this show including nudity and violence.

This show is only on Amazon Prime so you will have to join or take out a trail to watch it and to me it is worth the watch. I could not stop watching it when I first started. I was binge watching because the plot and the twist was just that good. There is only one Season so far that has 8 episodes in it. Season 2 is suppose to come out sometime in April 2025 since it has already been approved and renewed.

Sinners 2025 movie: Spoilers

Let me start by saying, this movie was everywhere but where it was suppose to be. This movie is a vampire style, share-cropper, fieldworkers, a root worker, segregation and the Klan with gangsters type movie. This movie is based in a little town in Mississippi, that is nothing but a black town with three Asian people. The story in which there is not much of a story is being told by Sammy who is a little boy that is a preacher man son who loves to play Blue on a guitar that his gangster twin cousins gave him. One of them ended up lying saying it was a specials musicians guitar but it ended up just being their dads and it kind of twisted the whole narrative in which the Vampires say he drew them in with the guitar but it is kind of weird.

From there it twists in modern day music and then it goes right back to that time. Then out of no where vampires appear with no background or anything just the Indian are chasing him and then the people he went to opens the door and let him in and they get bit and then from there they go down to the barn that the gangsters bought and then they start biting people.

From there there’s a battle and then it pretty much ends but wait, there’s a second ending after the credits roll. None of this makes sense and there is no story to it. I thought it would be like the Charlie Daniels the devil went down to Georgia style with the Fiddle kind of vibe in which it was kind of like that but not like that at the same time.

Like the ending also did not make any sense, the vampires did not kill Sammy at the second ending either like you would think. Sammy opens up a musical bar pretty much and plays his music even though his cousin told him not to and that we wanted better for him in which he disregarded his dad and his cousin’s wish and does what he wanted to, something he was good at. I kind of expected that his cousin and his cousins lady would bit him in the second ending but that did not happen, they just walked out and left after they offered to turn him and end his pain and suffering.

A lot this is not a really a kids friendly movie as there is nude parts but not nude parts at the same time.

It appears the way it ended there may be a part two of it. I had high hopes of it but it ended up not exceeding them and just left this eh feeling. I thought it was going to be a good movie with a story line but it was the complete opposite of it. It is also rated for horror and there is no horror in this movie really. There is more action then horror.

 

Moto Razr 2024 Review

 

The Moto Razr 2024 is such a sick phone. This phone has 8gb of ram ontop of 4 more with the ram booster and this phones speeds.

This phone is quick and easy to use with no problems. After having to return the Oscal Tiger 13 because it didn’t work on our network we got the moto razr 2024 and we have fallen in love with it. We had the Moto 5G 2024 but it became sluggish so we decided to move phones and found this one.

This phone is so cool the camera is crispy and if you turn the phone around, you can use the close screen to take a selfie and it knows when you are in portrait mode.

I love this phone. It is so cool. There is so much with this phone that is just different from the others.

This one is really cool with closing it and still accessing everything else you need on the home screen. It allows you to navigate through everything on that screen and if you tap it, it will wake it up. It allows you to wirelessly charge and the volts needed is 15W. In which is also cool. This phone also can run Warzone mobile and a few other games in which I love this being a gamer and reviewer. 

It comes with a warning when you turn the phone on that if you take the screen protector that is on it off it will void the warranty.

You cannot also put a third party one on it either unfortunately due to the same thing. I personally love how neat this phone is and it is kind of heavy just saying.

The one of the updates not the recent made the battery uncalibrated so you have to let it die all the way to 0% even though it will turn itself off and say its 0% you have to plug it up and then turn it on, unplug it and let it die completely for it to recalibrate. This is the only thing we have found wrong with it. Force reboot it and then put it back on the charger until 100% and then let it sit on the charger for about an hour to override it.

Also make sure all the updates are done, that could also fix it in which it did fix mine. I highly recommend these phones! They are worth it.
