Along with my sugar free diet, I decided to start calorie counting and tracking to see how much I eat in a day and boy let me tell you. Some of the foods that looks like there's barely any calories in them there is a lot not only of calories but fats and sugar and some of them you would never know it. The calorie tracker I use is My Net Diary and it pretty much calculates a lot of things from weight, what I am eating, what is inside of what I eat.
There is even an AI that detects what your food is when you take a photo of it. If it has a barcode you can scan it in and see if it is there and if it is not, you can log it by hand or take a photo of it and it will update it for you. There is a lot in this app and it is useful. It also tracks water intake, your steps and if you exercise which is a good all in one app.
There is a premium that gives you a lot more things such as recipes and meals, daily feedback and advice and a few other things in which sounds great but I do not have the money so I only use the free side and had no issue.

Something else I pair this app with is my smart watch because it allows me to gather certain things like my heart rate, my exercise and how many calories I have lost just from walking or whatever it is that I am doing. This app goes hand in hand with it and is very useful and you can even log what your watch says into the MyNetDiary app and it is just a life saver. Since the watch connects to your phone also.Get you a smart watch here! There are so many different kinds and shapes! They are so worth it.
