Weather apps aren't always right. Have you ever noticed that every app on your phone seems to tell a different story? One says it's sunny, while you're looking out the window at gray clouds. Because they often overestimate the heat or miss local shifts, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and get an outdoor thermometer.

Now, I can see the exact temperature right where I am, rather than relying on a sensor miles away. It’s much more helpful than an app that says it’s a clear day while I’m standing in the rain!

• Rain Gauge: I also recommend including a rain gauge. It’s the only way to know exactly how much precipitation has fallen in your own backyard, which is much more accurate than a general city-wide report.

My weight loss journey and diet

As I continue my weight‑loss journey, I decided to grab a few new tools to keep things fun and challenging. I’m still calorie‑counting using my NetDiary app, which tracks my calories, exercise, steps, and overall progress. It’s been a solid tool for staying consistent, especially when you’re on a weight‑loss plan or any kind of structured diet.

On top of that, I deal with PCOS and adenomyosis — both of which make losing weight a lot harder than it should be. So anything that helps me stay active, motivated, and gentle with my body is a win.

I picked up a stepper because it’s simple, effective, and something I can use anytime. It gets my legs moving and really works my lower body in a way that feels good, not overwhelming.

I also grabbed a pedal exerciser with 12 different modes — and let me tell you, it definitely gives me a challenge. The best part is that I can use it while I’m working at my computer or sitting at my desk, so I’m staying active even on busy days.

And because I’ve always wanted one, I finally ordered a weighted hula hoop. I’m excited to try it out and add something playful to my routine.

Let me start by saying, I love my glasses I got from glassesshop.com.  There was a lot of reviews on how bad they are and how some glasses are cheaply made and everything else but I love mine. Their glasses can take up 9-19 days to deliver. I ordered them on March 9th and got them March 19th.

These glasses are a little bigger than I expected them to be but I love them. They fit so well, I can see out of them and they are adorable! I also got 3 clip on sunglasses because that is exactly what I wanted. I wanted some kind of sunglasses because being outside in the spring and summer time it is blinding.

PCOS and adenomyosis Symptoms and Supplements to help

PCOS and adenomyosis is no joke. It makes things a lot harder especially insulin resistance, weight gain and hormone imbalance and changes and facial hair growth, the insomnia, the doom feeling like you done something wrong, the depression, the anxiety, the always hungry or eating a little feeling full and coming back to eat again later, the missing periods or the heavy periods, real bad period cramps.  Both of these are the worst and having both of them are a challenge.

It can also stop periods and if you have one it can make it extremely painful to the point you feel like you are dying. You can also have heavy bleeding and it feels like your uterus can fall out and cause a lot of pelvic pressure and pain.)

 I decided to take it in my own hands and take supplements for i and it helped a lot. I do not have bad period cramps like I did even though I had an albation, I still get period cramps and they were bad but not as bad as normal. I could handle these.

My moods are better, my anxiety went down, stress went down, I no longer have an appetite so when I eat I feel full and no longer want to eat or snack. It also supports the overaies and reproduction health which is something I wanted since I have PCOS.

 My sleep is way better and I get good sleep and wake up in a better mood. Everything feels great taking it.

 If you are looking for a griddle I highly recommend this charbroil 28" 2 burner propane griddle with cart! It is worth it and cooks food quickly! This does not allow the food to taste like propane and I love this because our other grill makes  the food taste like propane and it gives me a headache.

The steak however did get a little chewy because when we put it on the grill it was cooking quickly and it does not even take up a lot of propane. We bought a propane regulator to see how much we use and the tank is still almost full after cooking 2 family packs of burgers, hotdogs, steak, chicken, a family pack of fajita chicken, sauteing mushrooms and onions. 

The chicken however did get stuck to the grill because there was not enough oil so be sure to get a squirt bottle of oil and water to keep on hand for this reason. The water will also allow you to clean the top to put something else on it but everything else cooked great. 

 

However this grill does not come with a top so we ended up getting a grill cover for it. 

 

This grill also does not take up a lot of room. We have it sitting on our covered porch and used it that way and there was no issues. 

 

To season it we used the black stone cast iron griddle seasoning. 

 

This griddle is worth it because it cooks everything in about 10-20 minutes unlike charcoal and you can put more on int because the top is 28".

This show is basically about everyday normal people converting to Amish and seeing what it is like to be apart of the Amish Community. This show is kind of like a game show to see what it is like. They took a guys phone that he was using to hear with because he has hearing aids and technology is banned there. They also kicked someone out for being divorced. PCOS and adenomyosis supplement support

2005 Acura MDX

 

 Let me just say I love this car! It is so roomy and everyone can fit in it including my cousin, and my mother in law. It seats 7 people comfortably with no issues at all. It feels like you are floating and just drives smoothly.

The only thing I am having trouble with finding is seat covers because the second rows passenger side seat is a single seat that comes down and the middle and driver door back seat is connected so have to find a seat cover that is single because if you pull the passenger side down it will  take the seat covers. 

I also learned about Sirius XM radio. In older cars there is something called Sirius XM. It is an radio station that you pay for with ads. You can get ad free but it is way more. You also cannot control the stations on it through the app. I have spent hours on chat with them trying to figure it out. I bought the Phone app plan thinking it was the car because that is what it looked like it was but no it was not and then went back to chat with them trying to figure out how to get the app to work the car or to add the car but then it just went everywhere and. 

I ended up getting an FM transmitter because I just got tired of dealing with it since I pay for Spotify and Sirius XM was just the regular radio that is not ad free it is not worth it. I did find out it has an Aux but its in the 3rd row. Its for the DVD player though. 

Get the FM transmitter here! I used them multiple times. They plug into the cigarette lighter slot and they have some that fits in the Aux ports.  

 

 

Endometrial ablation Almost 2 month update

One thing for sure, I can say I am not fully healed and I still have to take it easy. If I lift anything heavy it hurts really bad. If I also stand for to long it also hurts. 

I also noticed if I lift anything over 40 lbs I do start spotting and it does hurt but my doctor did say it can take up to 3-6 months to fully heal again. I noticed I have lost some weight and I am not in as much pain as prior to the surgery in which I believe it is working. It does not feel heavy like it did also.

This surgery does have a longer healing time but honestly it is the best thing that I did. I feel like I have my life back and a breath of fresh air.  

My first actual period was really light and I should have one or two more and should not have another one but if I do it will be light also.  

I also have been taking Fish oil and the  Myo Inositol Supplement that has D-Chiro Inositol, Folate, DIM, Vitamin D3, B12, K2, Chromium, Bioperine, Ceylon Cinnamon, Zinc, Ashwagandha, Chasteberry, Magnesium, Berberine combined capsules and I have noticed a difference since taking it. It helped with my hormones and moods and energy levels.

My kids and cousin  have a ball with this flying ball and let me tell you it has been nothing but laughter with it. 

It has been so much fun watching them try to make it soon and we realized you have to let it catch air and shake it for the fans to work and for it to fly. 

You are suppose to be able to use it with your hands and balance it but it occasionally goes flying everywhere and it is so much fun. 

If you have a big yard, I kind of recommend it but if you can play it inside it is soft enough when it hits not to break anything.

However this thing does die fast but it is worth it.
