PCOS and adenomyosis supplement support

2005 Acura MDX

 

 Let me just say I love this car! It is so roomy and everyone can fit in it including my cousin, and my mother in law. It seats 7 people comfortably with no issues at all. It feels like you are floating and just drives smoothly.

The only thing I am having trouble with finding is seat covers because the second rows passenger side seat is a single seat that comes down and the middle and driver door back seat is connected so have to find a seat cover that is single because if you pull the passenger side down it will  take the seat covers. 

I also learned about Sirius XM radio. In older cars there is something called Sirius XM. It is an radio station that you pay for with ads. You can get ad free but it is way more. You also cannot control the stations on it through the app. I have spent hours on chat with them trying to figure it out. I bought the Phone app plan thinking it was the car because that is what it looked like it was but no it was not and then went back to chat with them trying to figure out how to get the app to work the car or to add the car but then it just went everywhere and. 

I ended up getting an FM transmitter because I just got tired of dealing with it since I pay for Spotify and Sirius XM was just the regular radio that is not ad free it is not worth it. I did find out it has an Aux but its in the 3rd row. Its for the DVD player though.

Endometrial ablation Almost 2 month update

One thing for sure, I can say I am not fully healed and I still have to take it easy. If I lift anything heavy it hurts really bad. If I also stand for to long it also hurts. 

I also noticed if I lift anything over 40 lbs I do start spotting and it does hurt but my doctor did say it can take up to 3-6 months to fully heal again. I noticed I have lost some weight and I am not in as much pain as prior to the surgery in which I believe it is working. It does not feel heavy like it did also.

This surgery does have a longer healing time but honestly it is the best thing that I did. I feel like I have my life back and a breath of fresh air.  

My first actual period was really light and I should have one or two more and should not have another one but if I do it will be light also.  

I also have been taking Fish oil and the  Myo Inositol Supplement that has D-Chiro Inositol, Folate, DIM, Vitamin D3, B12, K2, Chromium, Bioperine, Ceylon Cinnamon, Zinc, Ashwagandha, Chasteberry, Magnesium, Berberine combined capsules and I have noticed a difference since taking it. It helped with my hormones and moods and energy levels.

My kids and cousin  have a ball with this flying ball and let me tell you it has been nothing but laughter with it. 

It has been so much fun watching them try to make it soon and we realized you have to let it catch air and shake it for the fans to work and for it to fly. 

You are suppose to be able to use it with your hands and balance it but it occasionally goes flying everywhere and it is so much fun. 

If you have a big yard, I kind of recommend it but if you can play it inside it is soft enough when it hits not to break anything.

However this thing does die fast but it is worth it.

Gardening

 This year we are going to gardening again but instead of using the ground and the posts we have because last year our things grew but did not bare fruit because everything did not have room to grow because we sowed the seeds to close together due to spacing, we are using starter pots and pellets for seeding.

 This will allow the plants to grow and not be clustered. It will give them the room that they need. I bought my seeds from Bakers Creek and let me tell you everything grew.

 When I said everything I mean every single seed that we planted grew and it was great but due to that we did not get to move them in time and the heat and the spacing killed them.

Rings and Crooked fingers

 

I have not been wearing my wedding ring since about 3 months after we got married. For one, due to medical issues my hands would swell and I ended up having to go back to the hospital for testing's and surgeries and I got frustrated putting it on and taking it right back off and then we lost it.

 Another reason is my fingers have spacing between them but the bottom of them rub together and any kind of rings makes it irritated and it felt heavy and it was pushing the ring into my other finger and there was a lot of discomfort that I could not shake. It felt like it was against the bone in my hand.

 I could possible wear a really thin metal one but then again I am not even sure. My husband and I have been married since March of 2017 and honestly since not having a ring it felt naked but my
hands felt okay and not tortured by metal.

I would always want a necklace with a chain but then again I do not wear much jewelry and felt I would loose it easily and forget where I placed it. 

Recently, I found silicone rings. These rings took about a good two days for me to get use to. I never tried them because I was allergic to certain type of materials and was not sure about it and did not want to waste anymore money. 

These rings fit snug and even if my hand does swell I have room in them. My size is an 8 but the ring does keep sliding off at times. It does not irritate me like the other rings and my fingers can go together like normal. They are super comfortable unlike the metal
rings and I highly recommend them. I do not have to worry about a stone or getting snagged on anything because they are silicone and soft. 

Not saying you cannot get one with the stone because you surly can they come in different sizes and styles.

These silicone rings are great because you do not have to take it off even if you have a stressful job.

Dumping ONN tablets for TUOHAITIME tablets

We have decided to dump Onn tablets. Let me just say I had to order multiple ONN tablets because well they kept having ghost touch and would move and scroll on their own. These tablets were good before recently. These tablets would open and close the home button which pulls up the google assistant on its on. It would scroll webpages and apps and randomly type. These tablets became pricey after having to buy one after one after one for them to do the same things. We even bought them in store and they would do the exact same thing not even a month of having them. 

 

We decided that it was time to stop wasting money on these tablets and move on to a different company which is  TUOHAITIME and let me just say it is a lot more responsive and quicker than the on tablets. My kid loves it and it is a bigger size than he is used to because he is use to ONN 7 inch and this one was different. I am going to end up switching all my kids from ONN because their tablets are just not good quality like they were.

Tp link camera 2k outdoor battery operated

Let me start by saying, these TP cameras are amazing! I have two but I only really needed one because how much it covers. (You do not see the full view because I cropped it)  I love these. Yes, mine are 2k however that does not make a difference. The range of these things are amazing and I have no trouble connecting to my back door camera like I did with Roku and Arlo. 

These camera have night vision and color night vision so you can see everything that is moving and going on just as if it was daytime. These cameras are also two way just in case you need to speak to someone outside. 

These cameras take 8 hours to charge to 100% but after that it takes a while for them to die in which I love because having to go outside every couple days to a week to charge the camera was a killer and then the camera decided to burn up and the others would not connect to the app no matter what we would do so we decided to switch to these and they are great. It reaches everything to the other side of the yard and both driveways. 

They also have spotlights on them so you can see what is happening also so I highly recommend. 

You can also get solar panels for them so they can continuously charge. 

Their products link together in one app so if you get their lights and other technology you would use this app also.

Weight loss Journey and Goals

I have been on a diet and although it may not look like i, I have. I have been cutting back foods, cutting out sugary drinks and drinking zero sugar ones instead. I also have been drinking juices, and water also. I have changed up my eating patterns to make sure that I am getting the right amount of stuff I need and eating the right amount so I do not have to go back snacking later. I also am weighing my food to make sure I am getting the right portion size also. To stay on a weight loss journey it takes a lot of disciple. It takes a lot of strength to actually lose weight and stay on the path. It is even harder when you have health conditions that does not allow you to loose weight and trust me I have two of them and I am working my hardest to resist the sweetness and sugar urges I get where I just want nothing but sugar. My heaviest weight was 240 and now I stay around 228-230.  My goal is 165 so I have to loose 64lbs. I am always trying to improve my diet and my health. I also am starting to food prep and watch a lot of my foods that I am eating.

I have been using the MyNetDiary and it gives me recipes and things to help me along the way. It also counts my calories. I did not have to buy the subscription I could use the non subscription side but I have been using it for about a year and wanted to see what the side opens up and oh boy let me tell you it gives you so much more!

The thing is its only a yearly payment so if you buy it now your good until 2027. I also love how I can take a picture of my food and the AI calculates everything for me. You can also scan barcodes and it grabs the calories off of things. If the item is not there you can upload it to them and they will put it in. If the items information is incorrect you can also upload it and get them to fix it.

You can also manually put in what you ate and it can pull it but if its new or something they have not had on there you are going to have to get the macros for it. 

It can also project how long it will take you to get your weight loss goals. It can also help you lower your calories if you want to meet your weight loss goal quicker and it will tell you how many days and weeks it can take if you loose a certain amount of lbs a week.

It keeps up with your calories, weight, water intake, steps, fitness and how much you eat throughout the day ranging from Calories, Carbs, Proteins, Fats, Sodium and more.

The Scale that I use to weigh my body, I love it. It tells me how much I weigh and then I can use an app to see what I have going on. It tells me my muscle mass, my body fat, my BMI, and so much more. This scale was the best purchase ever.

Coulda been love

I watched coulda been love season one when it first came out and let me tell you I enjoyed it. Druski did his big one making it entertaining and attention grabbing because you never know what was going to happen nor who was going home and who was the winner and I am glad it was Bambi. Her personality and her character was hilarious and I loved it. 

Season two is back and it's even better. The first episode he removed two girls instead of one and it was a mix up with the girls on who was staying and going on the date and who was going. There are so many different personalities with all these girls and we never know what is going to happen.

This show is pretty much bad girls club or flava flav ( flava of love) show is what it reminds me of but it is entertaining. Each girl has to compete for his love and for money and each episode they are going to be picking people to kick off until they get to that one person. 

I now have something to watch and recover on Thursdays.

Amazon Autos Buy or Lease

 Did you know Amazon now has it so you can buy or lease a car? Dealer ships have linked up with Amazon to make car buying or leasing easy.

 It shows cars that around you and how many miles they have on them. It also tells you if they are preowned, have front wheel, rear wheel, all wheel or 4 wheel drive. It also tells you if they are gas, electric, deasil or hybrid. It tells you which dealership has it and how many miles you are from them which is cool. 

The listings tell you the condition of the car, it shows you photos of everything about the car, the coverage and benefits along with pricing. It also has financing if you need it and you can estimate the price of it for monthly payments. 

If you want a car but have a car, you can use it for a trade in process. Amazon Autos also show you how much your trade in will give you for the car you are looking at. 

If you happen to not like the car or something happens, you have a 3 day/ 300 mile return policy and plus you can test drive the car before you decide to sign for it just incase its not what you want.

Amazon Prime has a lot to offer

 

Amazon prime is more than a market place. 

It has Prime Video where you can watch, rent or buy movies and get add on subscriptions for channels so you can watch more shows and movies through amazon and all you have to do is pay through amazon instead of going every which way. This is convenient because it is all in one place. 

They also have groceries that you can order on their site but unfortunately Amazon Fresh is closing down or already closed. 

You can also get free games through Amazon Luna and you can play games on your computer through the Luna software. You could also retrieve games from there for GOG, Xbox and Epic in which I loved it because it allowed my library to grow. 

It has Amazon Music and Audiobooks and podcasts that are ad free which is great because you can use your prime for it so you no longer have to pay for Spotify. They also have ultimate also which gives you a little more.  If you have a family member that uses Spotify family, they do have Amazon Music Family standard which is cheaper than Spotify. Amazon Music Family Standard allows you to have 6 accounts on multiple devices, unlimited access to 100 million songs and is only $16.99 a month plus tax. Spotify Family price increased to $21.99 a month which is a lot.

If you have medications you can get your medications switched to Amazon Pharmacy in which you can see if your insurance can cover it or you can pay out of pocket and honestly there medicines are cheap to get. They also have RX Pass which is $5 a month and it helps with medications. You can also get a discount card for medications if you get with their pharmacy. Their medications automatically refill and then get shipped to your door quickly so you do not have to do without. 

They also have a 24/7 virtual care so if you need to be seen by a doctor, they got you covered no matter where you are and it is cheaper than going to the hospital, primary care and urgent care. It cost $29 for messages and $49 for video call and when they are done with your diagnoses they will get your prescription and get you better. This does not even require insurance which is great for those that does not have insurance and worried about doctor payments and deductibles.

Amazon Pharmacy & Virtual Care

 

Did you know you can get your medicines through Amazon Pharmacy? Let me tell you you can end up saving money by using them and the medicine arrives at your door with no issue. Amazon Pharmacy will also automatically refill your medications when it is time and they will ship them right to you.

 They have low prices with or without insurance so you can save some money and plus if you have any questions there is a pharmacist on call 24/7 to answer your concerns and calls. They have something called RxPass for eligible meds for $5 a month which is cheap.

 They also have Amazon One Medical where you can video call and or message with one of their doctors just incase you cannot get your doctor and needing help no matter where you are. You don't have to feel embarrassed just talk to them as if they were your doctor. They will get you a treatment plan going to make you feel better.

For the Amazon Medical you can message the doctors for $29 or $49 for video and to me that is way cheaper than going to the urgent care and or going to the emergency room. This can end up saving you thousands of dollar and the biggest thing is that you do not have to have insurance for this. 

They can treat children 2-11 for pink eye, eczema, skin rash, headlice, asthma rx renewals EpiPen rx renewals.

Atorvastatin

Atorvastatin, if you are on this medications and are on high dosage and you suddenly start having chest pains, its defiantly the Atorvastatin.

 I just started back atorvastatin and the doctor I got it from prescribed me on 40mgs because my triglycerides and my bad cholesterol was so high that it was off the charts.

 Due to having the Flu and covid all over again and having to stop it due to surgery, I recently started it back and I have noticed that my chest is starting to feel tight and some heaviness. 

It also causes headaches as if the prescription is to strong so I did not take it and I end up noticing a difference and feel better than I did. I did message my doctor and hoping they lower it down or switch me off of it. 

I also do take fish oils to help it in which I have noticed a difference. 

Cafe Moka Hersey Kisses

 

 Cafe Moka Hersey Kisses are sooo good! They are pretty much just hersey kisses with a hint of mocha to them. The mocha and the herseys go hand in hand and giving it a pleasant taste. At first I was nervous about it because I do not like coffee and feared that the coffee flavor was going to over run everything but long and behold it did not. These just melt in your mouth when your tongue touches them and I love them so much but unfortunately they are only seasonal with Valentines day.

PCOS and Adenomyosis my experience

 Let me just say this is not for the weak. PCOS and Adenomyosis is terrible. You are miserable. Your hormones are out of whack, your anxiety ramps up and you have this doom feeling and become emotional. Intercourse hurts and it feels like you have something that is heavy on your pelvic and that it is going to fall out or fall through. 

You're hair falls out. You're weight is going up and down and you cannot control it. It does not matter if you cut calories or even diet because it is hard to loose weight.

 Everything is inflamed and it hurts. It also feels like you are burning on both sides of your stomach and it is not a pleasant or fun feeling. 

You're periods are heavy and pad soaking and the pain that you experience from the cramps are so bad it has you in tears and makes it to where you do not want to move.

You're always bloated and no matter what you do it does come back.

You cannot eat a full meal because it will make it seem like you are full and you have to eat small portions at a time so you are full and then a few hours later you are hungry again. 

It can be hard to poop because the weight of everything is pressing on a bowel and it makes it feel like it backed up and constipated. 

You're skin is oily, you can or cannot have acne, I normally do not have acne but sometimes it does appear for a day or two and disappear.

You can grow hair pretty much all over your body and even facial hair that is thick and all this hair will end up coming back quickly if you shave it off. 

You can end up craving sugar and sweets because of the insulin resistance. You can also get dry patches on skin on your wrist and ankles from it also. ( I use Carrot tree oil for mine and then I use gold bond lotion and it makes it soft again.)

This is rough. Something that started out as pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea has finally have a name to it. Adenomyosis and it is the worst. 

If you have to poop, it can cause a lot of pressure and make it so you have uncontrollable diarrhea  because of the pain and pressure and not being able to hold it does happen especially if you are like me with IBS on top of it. 

I was taking Advil, Pamperin and heating pad. ( They have ones you can wear.)

It also does cause insomnia and a lot of sleepless nights! 

To find the Adenomyosis, I had to do a detailed pelvic ultrasound because with all the CT scans they did not find it. They found what looked to be a Fibroid on top of my uterus and I had to get a OBGYN appointment to find what it was and this was it. They gave me three options one was hormone IUD or birth control but they said it was to late for that. 

Another was a hysteroscopy & endometrial ablation or a total hysterectomy in which due to everything being fused together we went the hysteroscopy & endometrial ablation route and it kept me down for about a month due to pain, and infection but after that I am feeling better and feeling like I have my life back. 

If the adenomyosis does come back it can take months or years and then they are going to do a Ovarian Vein Embolization and that is where they go through the groin and pretty much stop the blood from going there so it does not grow back.  

I was taking Fenugreek. Fenugreek helped with balancing hormones and keeping everything aligned including pcos and slowed down hair growth but I wanted something more.

I ended up also taking  Myo Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol with Vitamin D3 + Ashwagandha by intimate. This helps with PCOS and the ovary in which works great and gives you a little boost however you have to take 4 of these daily and I dislike having to do that and I was taking other supplements on top of it. 

I now take Parrox Myo Inositol Supplement, D-Chiro Inositol Folate, DIM, Vitamin D3, B12, K2, Chromium, Bioperine, Ceylon Cinnamon, Zinc, Ashwagandha, Chasteberry, Magnesium, Berberine. It is an all in one capsule and it has everything I need for my PCOS, my Adenomyosis and other things. I only have to take 3 of these day and it makes a difference. I even feel better taking this and I do not have to take 5 different supplements now I can just take this one.

Aldis

 

Aldis is one of my favorite stores. I save a lot more money at Aldis than I do at Walmart and it allows me to taste different foods from different countries and I love it. The food is so much fresher and seems more healthier. They have a lot of healthier foods than most grocery stores do. They have a lot of organic products also. Aldis is my go to because I can find a lot of good foods. If you never been to Aldis let me tell you bring a quarter and bring some bags or grab a box off the shelf because you are going to have to put your groceries in something. 

Myself, I bought bags off of temu and I love them. I have been using them for months and they have not broken yet. The insulated bag does keep my foods cold and I love it because we live about 43 minutes away from our Aldis and that is a long car ride especially with ice cream, milks and frozen foods.
