Nash/ mash non alcoholic steatohepatitis

NASH or MASH (metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis) is nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of the liver.

It is where the body stores so much fat in the liver that it is called fatty liver disease and it causes a lot of pain of not careful along with nausea.

With this you have to change up your diet so eating things like salmon, good fatty fish and things with good healthy fats, Mediterranean diet lean fat protein, foods with fiber and exercise is attempt to get rid of it. Anything that helps with anti-inflammatory also helps along with green tea, black tea, and coffee. Steer clear of juices, sodas and dairy.

This can also happen if you eat a lot of red fatty meat or fried foods and sugary drinks or if you have an metabolic disorder. With all my health disorders I completely understand how I got here. I also had half a T-bone steak and it threw me for a whirl.

One thing they do not tell you about it is your body can and will become super itchy and crawling and nothing you do will help it not even over the counter Benadryl.

This itch will not show up into a rash at all. It will be like an allergen to your soaps and as if you have dry itchy skin. I tried lotion thinking it was that and it did not help either. It can start in the bottom of your soles and then hands and it can give you a burning feeling.

They tell you that it cannot be your liver because you don't have the jaundice eyes or the bright yellow eyes but it truly can. I been through this multiple times but this time it was worse. Always advocate for yourself because you know your body better than anyone.

I even washed in Aveeno itch relief wash and it helped a little bit the anti itch creams did nothing to help at all. My body was all over itching and it happened a lot at night and occasionally during the day.

I thought I gotten into one of my allergens but no it wasn't that. I thought it was my chair because the faux leather was pealing exposing what's under it so I got a new one and apparently it was not that either.

It originally started with 100% polyester pants and true body wash in so I thought but I stopped using it and it never went away. It only got worse.

**TMI WARNING** I ended up going to the hospital for the itching and found out when I got home after the CT cleared that I have fatty liver, an inflamed spleen and constipation and cyst on my ovaries and this whole combination is causing a great amount of pain but luckily I drunk some probiotic juices and teas and no longer constipated.

After finding that out and them giving me an allergy cocktail I no longer itch however I am now in pain again and watching what I eat because nothing is helping it and it feels like it's in attack and it swells out to the point you can see it which is horrible.

Stop overpaying at the pump: Why Gas buddy is your essential road to companion

It’s Friday afternoon, May 1, 2026, and you’re likely already planning your weekend getaway or looking ahead to the Monday morning commute. But before you pull into the nearest station and watch your hard-earned money disappear into your fuel tank, there’s one question you should ask: Why am I paying full price for gas?

In a world where every dollar counts, GasBuddy isn't just an app; it’s a financial survival tool for anyone with a steering wheel. Here is why joining the GasBuddy community is the smartest move you can make for your wallet today.
1. Real-Time Intelligence in Your Pocket

Gas prices can vary by as much as $0.30 or more between stations just a few blocks apart. GasBuddy crowdsources data from millions of drivers to give you up-to-the-minute pricing at over 150,000 stations. Whether you're here in South Carolina or road-tripping across the country, you’ll always know exactly where the cheapest fuel is located.
2. The "Pay with GasBuddy" Advantage

Joining isn't just about looking at prices—it's about paying less. When you sign up for the free Pay with GasBuddy fuel card, you unlock instant savings on every single gallon. No Credit Check: It’s a debit-based card that links to your existing checking account.
Stackable Savings: Use it alongside your favorite station's loyalty program to double down on discounts.
Nationwide Acceptance: It works at 95% of gas stations across the US.
3. GasBack®: Turn Shopping into Fuel

Imagine buying a pair of shoes or ordering pizza and having those purchases pay for your next fill-up. Through the GasBack program, shopping at hundreds of major retailers earns you fuel credits that are automatically applied when you use your GasBuddy card at the pump. It’s essentially "free gas" earned through your normal daily spending.
4. Advanced Trip Planning

Heading out for a long drive? The Trip Cost Calculator helps you plan your route based on fuel efficiency and the lowest gas prices along the way. No more "gas station roulette" on the highway—you’ll know exactly when and where to stop for the best deal.
5. Vehicle Health & Recall Alerts

GasBuddy does more than track fuel. By joining, you can stay on top of your car’s health with automatic recall alerts and a log to track your fuel efficiency over time. It helps you understand if your car is "drinking" more than it should, saving you even more in long-term maintenance.

If you want to sign up you can save 10 cents a gallon! Use my code: ELS3ZDH  and click my link

The Grand Tour Review: Why This Is the Ultimate Must-Watch Car Show

If you are searching for the best car shows to watch in 2026, The Grand Tour remains the undisputed heavyweight champion of automotive entertainment.

Far more than just a series about engines and exhaust notes, it is a high-budget adventure chronicles the legendary chemistry of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May.

Here is our comprehensive The Grand Tour review and why you need to add it to your watchlist immediately.
The Power of the Clarkson, Hammond, and May Dynamic.

There are 6 seasons so this is binge worthy and each episode is hilariously funny.

The primary reason for the show’s global success is the "holy trinity" of hosting. The chemistry between Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May is a lightning-in-a-bottle connection that has spanned over two decades. Their banter, fueled by a mix of genuine friendship and creative rivalry, provides a comedic foundation that transcends the automotive genre.
High-Octane Adventure and Global Specials

While many shows stay in a studio, The Grand Tour specials take viewers to the most remote corners of the Earth. From the frozen landscapes of Scandinavia to the treacherous jungles of South America, the production value is unrivaled.Cinematic Scenery: Filmed in stunning 4K, the show doubles as a world-class travel documentary.
Mechanical Challenges: Watching the trio attempt to navigate impossible terrain in "unsuitable" vehicles is the pinnacle of adventure television.
Automotive Excellence Meets Cinematic Storytelling

For the "petrolheads," the show offers deep-dives into supercar performance, automotive history, and technical innovation. Whether they are testing the latest electric hypercar or restoring a vintage classic, the storytelling is top-tier. The show balances technical specs with emotional narratives, making it accessible to casual viewers and car enthusiasts alike.
Why You Need to Watch The Grand Tour Right Now

In a landscape of scripted reality TV, The Grand Tour feels refreshingly authentic. It’s a celebration of the internal combustion engine, the joy of travel, and the endurance of friendship. It’s loud, it’s expensive, and it is brilliantly British.

ShiftSmart

Shiftsmart is a labor marketplace platform designed for the modern "gig" economy. It bridges the gap between large companies needing labor and workers seeking total flexibility.

Unlike a traditional job, Shiftsmart lets you claim individual shifts rather than committing to a fixed schedule.

I am not affiliated with this company once so ever but let me tell you about it. Shift smart is an app that helps you find work.

Although it is not long term, it allows you to pick up and work shifts at retail stores such as gas stations, grocery stores and a few other places.

Popular Roles and Industries
  • Retail & Merchandising: Common tasks include stocking shelves, organizing coolers, or setting up displays (often at convenience stores like Circle K).
  • Auditing & Mystery Shopping: You visit businesses to check if products are in stock or to evaluate the customer service experience.
  • Remote Work: Shiftsmart offers "Virtual Partner" roles, such as conducting surveys or handling customer service calls from home.
  • Hospitality & Events: Help with setup, serving, or cleaning at stadiums and hotels.
  • There are even some warehouse jobs
  • There is also tech product testing that lasts about 3 hours and you make $120.
The Major Perks
  • Next-Day Pay: One of the biggest draws is the speed of payment. Many workers receive their earnings within 24 to 48 hours of completing a shift.
  • Micro-Commitments: Most shifts are short—typically 2 to 4 hours—making it easy to fit work between classes or other jobs.
  • No Interviews: For many entry-level shifts, you simply claim the spot and show up, bypassing the traditional hiring process.
Things to Consider
  • Independent Contractor Status: You are an 1099 worker. This means you are responsible for your own taxes, and there are no traditional benefits like health insurance or paid time off.
  • Reliability Scores: The app tracks your performance. If you late-cancel or "no-show," your rating drops, making it harder to see and claim high-paying shifts in the future.
  • Equipment: Some roles require specific tools, like a smartphone with a working camera or a headset for remote calling roles.

If you are looking for ways to make cash every month but not wanting to work a fulltime job then this is perfect for you.

Black in Beauty |Tyler Perry

I just finished the full 32-episode journey of Beauty in Black on Netflix, and "rollercoaster" is the only way to describe it.

While the series definitely has its hurdles, there is a compelling story buried under the melodrama if you’re willing to stick with it.

The Plot: A Cycle of Debt and Power

The core of the story is dark and gripping: three people starting in the drug trade get caught, only to be "rescued" by a crooked cop. This isn't a helping hand, though—it’s a trap. He forces them into a cycle of debt at his club that they can never escape, essentially acting as a "whale" who controls their every move and sells them off to his associates.

It’s a messy, high-stakes situation that eventually leads them into the orbit of Horace, a man so powerful the police actually work for him.

Highs and LowsStandout Characters: Mallory, Norman, and Horace are easily the highlights. They are the "get it done" types who actually make things happen, providing much-needed momentum whenever the story starts to lag.

The "Dragged Out" Effect: Season 2 feels significantly more stretched than the first. At 16 episodes per season, the plot often feels thin, and you have to sit through some "slow parts" and inconsistent acting to get to the good stuff.

Final Verdict

If you have some free time and enjoy a gritty, tangled drama, it’s worth a watch—but be prepared to be patient. It earns a solid 3 to 4-star rating because the concept is strong, even if the execution could have used a bit more "tidying up" in the acting and editing departments. It’s good in parts, but it could have been great with a tighter script.

Season 3 has been confirmed. It will come out either this year or next year but it is the last season.

Maestro University Review 2026: The Honest Truth About AI College UPDATED

**Update: after withdrawing and telling them the reason I was withdrawing because of the program I am in I did not like, they emailed me telling me I can switch courses and which one I'd want to be in... Was it that hard? You worried about first impressions and loosing a student because it looks bad on you but yet you give them the run around when ever they need something done and or want to change courses and can't because it's paused...

Some college university you are. You only care about keeping people on seats. Even with the email they will tell you, you cannot switch courses and to continue on with your studies even if you withdrawal in which I am not continuing in something I do not like and cannot understand.

If they email you and they contact you through the portal they are not communicating and it will fully withdraw you just like it did me. This is frustrating trying to get everything done talking to AI bots and they don't even check the messages until days. I ended up using the bot to reenroll to the program that I wanted to be in. **

After starting my journey at Maestro University on April 6th, I made the difficult decision to withdraw during my third week. While the promise of a full scholarship and a MacBook is tempting, the actual student experience left a lot to be desired.

If you're considering enrolling in their AI Software Engineering program or any of their AI-based courses, here is my honest take on why I left.

1. The Struggle with AI-Based Learning

The curriculum is almost entirely AI-based. You have a bot walking you through the lessons, and while you can ask it to break down complex topics like Python, it doesn’t always work. I struggled specifically with Python "returns" and logic. Despite the bot’s explanations, I found the "correct" answers were often marked wrong, leading to immense frustration.

2. Lack of Program Flexibility

I quickly realized the AI Software Engineering track wasn't for me, but when I tried to switch, I was told the option was "paused." Being forced to stay in a program you don't understand or enjoy—just to keep a scholarship—isn't worth your mental health.

3. Poor Student Support and Customer Service

Human support is nearly non-existent. To speak with financial aid or administration, you have to "battle" a chatbot until it finally lets you send an email. Even then, responses take days. This is especially stressful if you have time-sensitive paperwork, such as SNAP verification or enrollment proof.

4. Financial Aid and Transfer Credits

Maestro uses internal scholarships rather than your FAFSA Pell Grant (which gets sent back to the government). Additionally, they do not accept transfer credits. You have to start completely over with an Associate’s degree before you can pursue a Bachelor’s.

5. Transparency Issues

Many students on Reddit mentioned being able to see their grades and progress, but my dashboard never updated correctly. This lack of transparency, combined with the buggy AI responses, made it impossible to know where I stood.

Final Thought: A "free" MacBook and tuition aren't worth it if the education doesn't stick and the support isn't there. If you prefer human instruction and clear communication, you might want to look elsewhere.

Adobe

When I was in college for photography, we used a lot of adobe creative suit. Now that I am no longer in college for photography, I use a lot of adobe for content creating.

Adobe is a great place because they have so many different software and programs to help you in your businesses.

They something for everyone and honestly it is good to have these because you never know when you are going to need them!

Simply Nature Multigrain tortilla chips (Gluten Free)

Let me just say, I have had a lot of gluten free foods in my day and let me tell you some of them do not taste good at all. They taste bland and sometimes gross however, these chips taste just like original tortilla chips.

They are so good and I love them. I was not sure when I seen them if I would like them but they were new at Aldi and I was looking for myself a snack and I grabbed these and their simply nature thick and chunky salsa.

The salsa is medium but to be honest it was really spicy to me but I am still going to eat it because it is so good. The salsa is also vegan and gluten free so if you have a gluten allergy, I highly recommend it. They both are organic.

Maestro University Review 2026: Is This AI-Based College Worth It?

I recently decided to return to college, but the experience is far from traditional. I’m currently enrolled at Maestro University, an AI-driven institution, and it has been quite the journey.
If you’re looking for an honest Maestro University review, here are nine things you need to know before signing up.

AI-Based Curriculum: The learning model is entirely AI-driven. You work with a personalized bot that walks you through every lesson. A major benefit is the ability to ask the AI to "break it down" until you fully grasp the concept.

Administrative Support Delays: One of the biggest challenges is the slow response time from financial aid and administration.
It often takes days to hear back. If you are on SNAP or have urgent paperwork, be prepared to advocate for yourself, as deadlines can be tricky to navigate.

The Maestro Scholarship Model: While you must submit a FAFSA, Maestro uses a proprietary scholarship model. This means that while your tuition is covered, traditional Pell Grants may actually be returned to the government rather than applied directly to your personal balance.

Difficulties Switching Majors: Changing your course of study is not easy. I am currently in the AI Software Engineering program struggling with Python—specifically with functions and returns. Currently, course transfers are on pause, so you may be stuck in a program that doesn't fit your skills for a while.

Weekly Bonus Points: You can earn 10 bonus points through weekly discussion posts. These go live every Wednesday and are due by Sunday night (like tonight, April 19).

No Transfer Credits: One major downside is that Maestro University does not accept transfer credits. Every student starts from scratch with an Associate’s degree (AS) before they can pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS).

Program Length: Plan for a standard timeline: two years for an Associate’s degree and four years for a Bachelor’s.

AI Accuracy Warnings: The AI tutor is helpful but not perfect. It sometimes skips steps or provides incorrect information. While it can help write Python code, you must double-check its work before submitting it to the code tester.

Free MacBook Incentive: A great perk for new students is the complimentary MacBook offered to those who successfully complete their first term.

Are you looking to sell your photos?

If you are like me, we are always looking for places to sell photos and a lot of places can be a bust. I found places such as 500px, Adobe Stock, Shutter Stock and Viewbug, Dreamstine are all good options.

However, Shutterstock and Adobe Stock are real particular with what is uploaded and will not accept them if there is anything wrong with the image or if it looks similar to something someone already posted.

I enjoy using these websites because it is easy to upload my photos and it lets me know that I am being seen. People can go around like, comment and give awards to your photos and if you submit the licensing then they have potential to sale.

Let me be clear. Not all photos are going to sale and this is not quick cash. It can take months and years to sell photos and there will be a lot of trial and error however, you will never know something if you don't ever step out your comfort zone and try.

Watch Gang

Watch Gang has all different kinds of watches. They have watches for under $250 along with watches for $250 - $499. $500-$999, $1000-$20,00.

Watch gang also have a subscription to where you get watches every month. Original Tier: The entry-level option, usually featuring fashion brands and reliable quartz movements.

Black Tier: A step up, often including automatic movements and higher-end materials.

Platinum Tier: The premium level, featuring luxury-leaning brands and top-tier craftsmanship.

The most exciting part of Watch Gang isn't just the monthly box; it's the Wheel of Watches and the daily giveaways. Every member is entered for a chance to win high-end luxury watches like Rolex, TAG Heuer, and Omega. While the odds are slim, the "gamified" aspect of the subscription adds a lot of fun to the experience.
Pros and Cons

The Pros: Discovery: You get to find brands you might never have heard of otherwise.
Value: Most watches have a retail value higher than the subscription price.
Community: Access to a huge Facebook group of collectors to trade and talk shop.

The Cons: Style Risk: Since it's a mystery, you might receive a watch that isn't your "style."
Resale Value: While the retail value is high, these specific brands don't always hold their value well on the used market.

If you enjoy the surprise of a monthly gift and want to build a diverse collection quickly, Watch Gang is definitely worth a try. However, if you are very picky about specific brands or technical specs, you might be better off saving that subscription money to buy one specific piece you love.

Dove Men Moisture Care

My husband recently found out he was allergic to a lot of soaps and other things due to that reason we switched a lot of his products he uses and we decided to go to Dove Men Moisture.

This soap smells amazing and keeps him smelling fresh for a while. It also makes his body soft and smooth and it does not irritate him like other products would. I love this scent on him. It smells amazing and it makes the bathroom smell good too when he is done showering.

Get it here!

T'rue soaps

I bought T'RUE Coconut Vanilla because I wanted to try it and let me tell you, I tried it. It made my skin super soft and did not give me an oily or scummy and waxy feeling.

It did everything that I wanted and just was amazing. It is clear of harmful chemicals and other things and is Vegan and smells amazing.

I unfortunately cannot use it due to I am allergic to one of the ingredients in it and it made me itch and welt up on my legs and any place that gets moisture or creates moisture such as armpit and groin area. I loved this soap and loved the smell of it. I decided to go back to native and castile soaps since they don't make me itch.

Suspended on X

Twitter or X decides to remove my account stating I broke the rules when I did no such thing. All I did was share a clickworker link and then my account was taken. This sucks because it was my first ever twitter account and there is nothing I can do to get it back. My years of work are now down the drain all because I shared a link. Is this what the internet has come to? Banning accounts just because with no warnings or anything when you do nothing wrong and just sharing things just to be sharing?

Pursuing my dreams in photography

I decided I wanted to get back into photography. My favorite choice of photography is nature because I can grab ever aspect of nature and how beautiful it is through different lenses.

Today, I randomly got a message from Viewbug and they wanted to feature my recent photo in their blog and it caught me off guard. I was just posting my photos like I normally do. I did not expect this and then I went on my adobe stock and realized I sold a photo and never knew. I sold this photo about 7 years ago and me realizing that I decided to go ahead and pursue my dream of becoming a photographer.

I unfortunately no longer have my photography gear due to having to sale it to help finish buying our home about a year ago and I do not have the funds to buy it outright due to medical reasons and lets face it, photography equipment is high in which is why I stopped photography altogether but not just that, I was not getting any sales or looks at my photos since this is a hard market to compete in.

Is Affiliate Marketing Still Worth It in 2026? My Personal Journey

I know I keep saying I’m done with affiliate marketing, but after 11 years in the industry, the reality is starting to sink in. Sometimes, it really is just like that—you reach a point where the passion for content creation is overshadowed by the exhaustion of the "hustle."

I’ve been on this journey for over a decade, and while I desperately want to start a new chapter and turn a new leaf, I’ll admit I’m nervous. I’m afraid of the unknown, and honestly, I’m not even sure where to start.

I am so tired of that constant feeling that I’m not doing enough. I’m pushing to get every product promoted, but the conversion rates and sales just aren't there. It feels like I’m constantly "grinding," but I have nothing to show for it.

The market is more saturated than ever. Everyone and their grandmother is doing affiliate link promotion now, and trying to keep up is draining. We’re all making the same points about why someone needs a product, but when everyone is saying the same thing, the message gets lost.

I’ve poured my time and energy into this, only to realize I’m exhausting myself for pennies in commission. When your earnings range from a few cents to a dollar, it’s no longer a sustainable passive income stream—it’s just burnout.

I’m ready for a new journey where I’m not wasting my time for pocket change. Even if I’m nervous, I’m turning that leaf today.

Easter 2026 | OUR NEW TRADITIONS, OUR FAMILY. THE BEST IS YET TO COME

Easter 2026 was off big time. Due to the weather we ended up having it Saturday since we were not sure of the weather but anyways. No one said anything.

We asked multiple times what we were doing for Easter and no one said a word. All we got was we don't know yet we aren't sure.

So we grilled out since with our family it was over 16 people including us.

We had everything perfect. The food got done at about 1:30, my aunt, uncle and cousin (she was already here since she spent the night) then my aunt messaged her brothers and they also came over and then my aunt in law came over also.

However the only people that didn't even bother coming over and we told them at 9:30 am that we are having it was my parents.

My aunt texted my mom to let her know the food was done and see if they were coming the only response we got was a it doesn't look like it since my dad was working on his truck gas lines and gas tank.

What a let down. My kids were so excited that we were celebrating and wanted to see their mimi and pawpaw as they call it but yet I had to break it to them that they weren't coming.

And honestly it doesn't even bother me anymore. They never come to see me even when they are 5 minutes down the road. They don't call to check on me. A phone works both ways is what I'm told but I'm the one that got to pick up and call.

They don't say hey come over or whatever. It's always I got to go to them but when I do they not even home so why waste time even trying.

There is no point in it. Why go to a place where it's like I'm unwelcomed and unwanted.

Easter is suppose to be about love, and family and celebration but its not when all my father talks about is money that was loan to my aunt and her not paying it back. A vengeance will destroy a family but it is what it is.

All of this eventually does hurt but in the end, there is no point in letting it. I am ready for new traditions. I am ready for new memories. I am not about to let this get in the way. Yeah it hurt growing up having to go to my aunts and uncles just so my mom and dad and grandma and grandpa can go to the beach for their anniversary every year after year and my brother and I not even getting to go but then them coming up that they are going to take me but in the long run, my husband took me before we even got married because I never been. We never had a family trip.

We never went anywhere together as a family but now as a mother, I am taking my kids out. I am taking them to the beach, to different trips. I am even taking my cousin out also. We have a zoo trip, fishing trip and a few other trips planned for this summer.

I refuse to try to make others happy. I am finally prioritizing myself and my family and not living for everyone else. I refuse to people please anymore and I am breaking cycles.

Amazon basic Dog treats

If you are looking for dog treats let me just tell you, my dog and my aunts dogs all love these treats.

However one of these I believe it is the gravy ones, my aunt has to break them up for her dog because they are a little hard on his  teeth and are a little bigger than the others but other than that we have no issues on them. My dog loves the peanut butter ones and the multiflavored ones.

What makes it so bad is that my aunt has my dog trained, when she comes over she knows she keeps a handful of treats in her pocket and she begs her for treats not knowing we both are using the same treats now and when she comes over she goes sniffing in her pockets because she knows her treats are there.

These dog treats are cheap for a box and worth it. You get a 5lbs box for under $8 and to me that is a steal. It also helps with their teeth and make their breath smell better unlike other dog treats. These are for all size dogs.

Calorie counting and Working out

When you are on a calorie deflection diet, it takes more than just cutting back foods. It is actually counting calories and making sure you are reaching the calorie goal everyday.

You are going to have to measure what you are eating to know how to log it and making sure that it is not going over. Fruits contain a lot of sugar and not as healthy as they say it is let me be frank.

I personally use mynet diary ( Use my code: PRVEYV ) to help me throughout the day. It allows me to log my snacks, my breakfast, lunch, dinner along with my exercise, my steps and water. I can also log my weight and there are also recipes that I can use when I run out of ideas to cook and make.

It also takes being active. Something that gets your heart pumping but not something that gets your legs or body burning. You need to be active but not as active to hurt yourself. So something like mall walker or walking anything for about 15-30 minutes a day.

I just got a vibration plate, a weighted hula hoop and a stepper to help me with being active and working out. I also got a jump rope, a peddler and I have an app I have found called  Lazy workout and Just fit that I can do from my bed and or couch.

Just fit gives you a workout, one that you can feel and I love it. It has you lined up for daily and you will work pretty much every part of your body just from your bed alone. It is worth checking out and is now my go to. It will get your heart pumping and all it takes is just 7 minutes to do.

However I cannot put to much on me because I still am not healed from surgery and so I have to take it slow but even doing a little bit can actually help out a lot.

Being disciplined means saying no to a lot of things. It means sticking to your diet and goals no matter what is going on around you because at the end of the day, it is going to be you and disappointments trying to reach you're goal so once you set a goal and put your mind to it, you will eventually reach it.

Savoritz Sourdough pita pizza crackers

Let me just say I went to Aldi's looking for their  L'oven Fresh Parmesan Romano Garlic Bread since I am having ziti and salmon and a salad on Good Friday I wanted the bread to go with it but so many others thought of the same thing and they sold out of the bread so I have to go back but that's not the point.

The point is have you ever walked around a store with your stomach hungry and looking for something to snack on?

Yeah that was me yesterday and I seen some pizza crackers and I was like oh I want these.

They are only 130 calories and I can eat 10 and it's perfect so I got them. I got home, brought my groceries in and went to my desk to do some work. I felt my stomach get that growl and I knew I wanted a snack. I pulled them bad boys out and I went to town on them. They were so good. They tasted like pizza and they were seasoned just enough for you to have dust on your fingers like a Doritos.

These crackers are worth it and I should of got two boxes. I know now and I hope they have some for me when I go back for that garlic bread cause that garlic bread is good too.

Nash/ mash non alcoholic steatohepatitis

NASH or MASH (metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis) is nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of the liver.  It is where the body stores ...
