Don't let things in this life get you down. There are many things in this life and sometimes we all hit the breaking point but don't do anything to cause harm. Just get away from what is stressing you and try to see the good in life. I know it's hard but you have to sometimes just get away from things in life that are trying to overcome and defeat you but you have to step above it and become the higher power of whatever it is in life that is trying to get you. Everyone has there storm but it will not last forever.
