Stepper Workout

This stepper that I have, I got on it thinking it was going to be easy however, this thing puts my legs to work. I can feel it toning my legs and I love that. I have noticed that even if I do 10 minutes a day it helps out a lot.  I also notice that I can walk a little further without my back hurting or running out of breath. This stepper allows you to change the resistance and it keeps up with your time and calories and how many steps you have taken.  It also comes with resistance bands that you can attach to the sides to give your arms a work out. I honestly do not use them though. I curle a 5lbs weight and or use the hand resistant bands .  Get your stepper here!

Weighted Hula Hoop

Let me just say I bought myself a weighted hula hoop. The one I got was 60.6in/154cm. ( I weigh about 229 if you need an idea.)  However when I first started to use it, I realized it was to big and had to take three of the links off so I can fit it.  Something they do not tell you when you puchase one is you have to put it together. Not only that you have to add rice or sand or gravel to a bag that is sent and you have to put the weighted ball together.  I actually like this thing because it allows you to work your whole body and core trying to keep the ball up.  However it can be a challenge trying to get it to go.  Get your weighted hula hoop here!

Training a pet?

Sometimes training a pet can be hard expecisally if they are wild and do not handle training properly. This shock collar is so much more than a shock collar. It also can vibrate, and have beep mode so you don't have to use the shock mode if you do not want to.  There are 198 different levels so you can adjust it to the way you feel your dog will need. This collar fits small dogs that weighs 5-15lbs and medium dogs. It is ultralight so your pet won't really notice a difference in it. It is a good collar that is also waterproof in which is great because it won't short out. Get the collar here!

Why You Should Be Using Rakuten

Let me put you onto something that honestly just makes sense: the Rakuten browser extension. This thing pays. It automatically finds coupon codes, gives you cash back, and basically saves you money on stores you’re already shopping at. If you’re not using Rakuten yet, you’re literally leaving free money sitting on the table. I’ve been using it for a while now, and those “Big Fat Checks” they talk about? Yeah… they’re real. What Rakuten Actually Is Rakuten is a completely free browser extension and app. You can also get the app on iOS and Android. Rakuten is partnered with over 3,500 stores — places like Walmart, Target, Sephora, Ulta, Best Buy, and so many more. Where Light, Wind, and Water Become Music

Bells, suncatchers, windchimes, and rain drums are some of my favorite things. The suncatcher I have catches the light so beautifully — when the sun hits it, the whole room glows. The one in the photo is the exact one I own, and it’s stunning in the sunlight.  The only downside is the chain it hangs from is a little weak, so you’ll want to use something sturdier to hang it up. The windchimes sound gorgeous when the breeze moves through them, even during storms. I love windchimes because they’re soothing, and each one has its own unique voice. Bells are also one of my things — there’s something comforting about their tone. And then there’s the rain drum. I love the sound it makes when water hits each panel, like a soft, rhythmic heartbeat from nature itself. All of these things are soothing to me in their own way. Get the suncatcher here! Not fully healed

I have came to terms that I am not fully healed. I was trying to do some leg lifts and work my core but I started feeling a pulling and cramping and pain.  I thought I was starting my monthly but apparently I just pulled somethings and started lightly bleeding and passing tissue and then the next day I stopped.  The doctor did say I have 6 months to fully heal and it has only been about 3 so I am going to have to take it slower then I wanted to.  I thought the ablation was going to be easy and that healing would be quicker then it is taking but apparently not. I expected to be back to 100% by now, but it turns out the internal healing process can take up to six months—not the six weeks I originally thought. Passing tissue and experiencing pain after a workout was a huge wake-up call. I’m hitting the brakes and giving my body the time it actually needs, not the time I thought it needed. I have been taking time for myself and going slow even though I want to work out...

Review: Tyler Perry’s "Beauty in Black" on Netflix Season 1 and 2

If you’re looking for a series full of plot twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat, Beauty in Black is it. The story follows two women who find themselves trapped in a world of manipulation and danger. The Plot The narrative centers on two women essentially held hostage by a high-stakes pimp and a fixer named Jules . While the women are just trying to make a living, they find themselves stripped of their agency and constantly threatened with jail time.
