Honestly, this company is misleading and lies to the customers. I would get a lot of complaints about the companies hassle with returns, the hassle with the non existent customer service and support on my side of things since they never really get back to you in a decent time or at all. I waited month after month for a reply and then I found an email online because the contact us barely went through and from there I did get a response however it was not helpful either.
When you go to purchase things, some of the things will never fit properly even though they are suppose to. It is like they are to busy trying to focus on a sell instead of trying to help the customers.
I had my account changed from Yearly to Monthly for payments and let me just say, that made no difference because I do not really get paid from them except when they feel like it.
My pending amount never changed and my paid amount never updated.
It was my one year anniversary also.
