I mean come on your suppose to have 3+ years of certain experience and the bosses pick and choose who to hire. Interview after interview its the same thing!! They give you false hope trying to not hurt you but yet its still false hope of your may get the job, your the right fit!!
THIS SUCKS!!!! PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU PROMISING AND GIVING FALSE HOPE HURTS US SOOO YEAH!!!
Sometimes the jobs you hope for and wishing upon, you never get if they don't like the way you present yourself or if you don't live directly inside of the store or a couple inches away from the location. They tell you one thing but do another and it's like why even bother. We have applied to over 275 jobs with only a handful of interviews and no luck!
Interviews also suck! You are never guaranteed the job so you just waste your time sitting there answering all their questions the same ones that was on the application and sometimes they do not even read them! They rather ask you over and over again and you tell them thinking to yourself like did I not fill out my application and send it in?? Like come on we all been there asking the same questions.
