How I edited my leaf photo.

I have edited this photo of a leaf on the table. I duplicated the image first then played with the contrast, brightness, exposure, levels and Gaussian blur. I used the magic want to select the leaf and removed it from the back ground then I played with the adjustment levels to make the wooden table pop along with the leaf. I then went over to the layer for the leaf and then I played with the color and other levels. I then put it all back together and came up with this.
