The answer to the title is NO ITS NOT! It has been used in wrong ways making it seem that it supposed to be for those that are racist. People are always taught different. The only thing they know is that all the racist fly it. That's wrong!!! Not everyone is racist that fly's it. The flag has meaning and they are the 13 stars stands for all the first 13 southern states, the cross in the middle stands for saint Andrew, the white cross stand for the language and innocent people, the red is for the blood spilled on the battle field. It has a false image to separate the people can cause diversity because if we all work in unity then they could not control us and we can over through them.
