For starters trying to get the phone over on the Tracfone wireless it was a run around because we needed Sim card B so we had to get that and then we had to sit for an hour trying to get the agent to understand we did get the sim card B and that the phone is unlocked then once they understood and found it in the system, they programed it and turned it on. Now here is the thing, this phone is a pain! It is a total pain to deal with. This phone well for starters it is suck in Android 14 software 15 does not go to it so it is behind two updates not sure if it can go that high or not. This phone decides to cut its WIFI off having you to loose WIFI calling and it becomes a pain to fix back. Then when you try to call people prior to fixing the wifi that you already fixed, it decides you have to turn the WIFI off for you to call out and it is just a pain.
